Incompetent, rude, unorganized, lack of communication between staff. These are words that should never be associated with anyone working in the heatlh care field yet here we are. This facility should be ashamed of how their staff treat these patients and their families. You have zero guidence from anyone when you first arrive. If you look like youre going to ask a question the nurses avoid looking at you or look right through you so they will not have to engage you. As a family member I felt that I could not express how upset I was because it would be taken out on my mother after I left. And that is not how a facility should be. And FYI they claim to have RNs there all the time. This is a completely false statement. Truthfully there is not enough room for me to write out what needs to be said. Ive complained in person, on the phone, nothing has change and or been fixed. Its simply exhausting dealing with these folks. Sad, very sad.

I gave it one star because I couldnt go any lower otherwise itd be a big FAT zero! I went for an interview with this place as an RN. The whole interview process was very unprofessional and unprepared. To put it simply it was ridiculous the questions that were being asked. To top it off I was told that the patient load is 30 to 40 patients per nurse with 40 being the average per shift. Then they turned around and told me I got the job and offered me $21 an hour...LMAO Im sorry but I seriously thought I was being punked! Not to say $21 is not a lot of money but in my field, with 40 patients per shift that is an insult! Not to mention the 40 patients per nurse package. It is very unsafe to assign that many patients to one nurse and Im pretty sure its illegal! I am still in shock! I could and would not work for a place like that! Best of luck!

My mother, who is 88 years old, in her very first night at this facility, asked for help to go to the bathroom, the "nurse" for lack of a better word, said to her "I cant lift you, Im not throwing out my back", left het her laying in her urine all night long. My 88 year old mother had her food taken from her because they didnt want her sitting up in bed eating, she was there because of the pain in her lower back and sitting at a certain angle, unlike in a chair. alleviated some of her pain. They also did not bathe her for 9 days , yes this is accurate, 9 days. This facility was reported to DCF, as well as other agencies. The social workers for that facility, are there for the facility, not the patient. Take your loves ones there,........at your loved ones expense.

This place has to be the worst place you could ever send your love one. My grandfather has been there 3 times and every time there has been lack of care and rudeness from the nurses. This past visit they allowed my grandfather to be checked out everyday for more than 8 hours at a time and then they held him an additional 3 days because the doctor had no record of him and didnt know he was there. It was just their way of getting their money for him being there. The second time he was there they left a deceased patient in the room with him for 8 hours. WHAT EVER YOU DO, DO NOT PUT YOUR FAMILY MEMBER IN THIS FACILITY. The nurses are incompetent

This facility is the worst place to have a human being go The staff is incompitent , rude, abusive to not only patients but family members I have had to call Adult Protective Service due to the neglect my mother recieved from laying in a soiled diaper wich caused such a severe rash she can barely lay in her bed and also am in the process of filing criminal charges of abuse So please if you can help it do not ever have a loved one go hete

Worst place EVER!!!!! Beautiful lobby with a staff (doctors included) that are only there for a paycheck. I removed my mom from this facility and I advise not to place your loves under their care. I have found a patient on the floor (in which I picked up and placed back in her chair), watch others be miss treated, and listened to others whom were afraid to leave their love ones there alone. Please Please Beware of this PLACE!!!!

Horrible place. I was there for only 1 week and ended back at the hospital unresponsive due to medication overdose. Somebody there was giving me too much of a narcotic that I wasnt even supposed to be given. The care by CNAs and nurses is lousy. The CNAs would leave you wet and soiled. I was left this way for over 2hrs.

My grandfather was recently released from Fletcher and he had nothing but positive remarks about the staff and the facility. He wanted to give special thanks to the Physical Ed Department. He highly recommends this peaceful facility.
