When I called, recording said appointment not necessary. Went and signed in. Only 1 person working. About 10 people in the waiting room. 1 hour and 15 minutes later I asked and was told 4 people ahead of me. I left. Wish I was told about the long wait when I arrived. Total waste of my time.

Just tried calling on a normal Monday (no national holidays) at 1:50 pm and they said their office was closed. I need information about important test results and now I have to wait till someone shows up from lunch break. (Their lunch hours are from 12-1pm BTW!) Terrible customer service.

I needed a fax number for my doc to send in orders and no where on website or with automated voice prompts could I get that number. Had to finally just drive over there!

Make an appointment online. It takes like a min. We were in and out in less than 15 mins today. Its clean and the staff is great.
