My insurance company covers all blood work and said all was paid then six months later Quest asks for more money for the one time I had to use them. Im in the medical field and Im so sad to see a medical company like them. plus I had an appointment and still waited 30min additional and there was only one person in front of me and 5 people working. Are you that slow and stupid. And dont even think of calling them call wait they say 10min Im still waiting and its been 45 mins. You Quest need to go you guys suck.

I signed in then waited for about 7 minutes near the window because no one was there. A woman sat at the desk then asked if I signed in, I said yes. She then asked me to step away because she wanted privacy to make a call. I decided to leave because I thought I should have at least been checked in. I went to the Quest in Lutz on Hwy 41 where I was treated very well.

We have a 2 month old daughter and a 22 month old son. We scheduled an apt at 10:45 and got there at 10:30. We left at 11:40 because our son was getting irritable. We went to another Quest as a walk in and we were saw within 10 min. Just a heads up for those with children, youll be waiting a while and that is WITH an apt.

No appointment and waited just under 45 min just like she warned me. They were extremely busy and I counted over 30 people. Glad I took my two year old there. I am taking my other three next week, because they did such a great job (only this time going to make an appointment, because kids can be tuff at any dr office).

I visit this location for all my blood test. At least once a month for the past two years. I have found the staff to be professional, and courteous. I usually schedule an appointment and as a result my wait times have been very short always less than 10minutes.

We had to bring our baby here today and had the pleasure of working with Susan and Denise. They did an excellent job with our son. They were fantastic and we only waited 10 mins. (We had an appointment but they couldnt find it on their books)

I waited for an hour, not counting the 10 minutes before someone came to the front desk. They broke all their promises, timeliness, professionalism and courtesy. Go anywhere else.
