Ridiculous. I made an appointment and waited over 30 minutes. People without appointments were going before me. Their new system of signing in on an IPad and then doing the paperwork in the back is a waste of time. Meanwhile, you hear the people working in the back giggling and not talking about job related topics while they have a full waiting room of people. I will not be returning to this location. Ive come here for years, but this new system is ridiculous and the people working there cant handle it. I understand there may be a wait, but this was out of hand. Very disappointed.

Arrived at 6:45, doors opened at 7;00. I was 3rd in line to sign in. At 7:18 1 person had been seen and 8 people waited for the person at the desk to process the second to sign in. The whole staff in the back sat with nothing to do. The Slug at the front desk should be removed.

Well the hours of operation are supposed to be 7am till 330pm. It is 710am and the lady just come to tell us we have to continue standing in here because she is lockouts. But it is 710am where was she all this time? And where is everybody else that is supposed to be here.

First apointment they lost in computer and the second on took 45 minutes past my appointment to just be checked in. What good are appointments. Plan on camping out at quest for a 2 minute procedure!!!

Although the service and staff were good, the employees here are run into the ground. Dont support this oppressive management style and use a different location.

I was given a male bottle for a urine test and 100 g of glucose instead of 50 g for a one hour diabetes screen. The competence of Quest is very very low.

8:30am appointment for basic blood work on a Wednesday morning. It is 9:50am and still sitting here. This is ridiculous!!

Watch out for excessive fees and deceptive charges. Company charged almost a 1000.00 for a simple blood allergy test.
