What a RELIEF! A couple of months ago a friend of mine went to Back in Health and just raved about them and she suggested I go. I have had upper back and neck pain for years (working on computer for hours at a time). So, I followed her recommendation and made an appointment. I was greeted by the very kind receptionist and was asked to fill out the normal paperwork which took a few minutes. As soon as I was finished they took me back for a massage first, then evaluation and treatment with Dr. Cindy. No waiting around, no rushing you out the door, just great service! I have been going on and off for a couple of months now and I look forward to my appointments because everyone is so friendly, Mike gives a fantastic massage and the office staff is wonderful! Dr. Cindy and staff, keep up the good work and thank you for always making me feel better by the time I leave!

I bought me and my fiance acupuncture treatments from groupon on here. I never used groupon before so I called the office here and the lady at the front helped me with every question i had. She was super sweet and very nice. The Dr. Is extremely honest and knows what shes talking about. She is not one to tell you to continue treatments just to make money and she will tell you that too. She is very nice. Its hard to find a nice and honest doctor who cares about what they do these days. The acupunture helped me and my fiance very much for being just the first time getting it done. I HIGHLY recommend this office, prices are GREAT! Staff are friendly, office is very nice and clean.

Wow, what can I say. I have Arthritus in my Facet Joints and my life has completely changed. The pain is severe and I can NO longer even sleep in a bed. I have been very frustrated by the treatments so far provided by many different doctors and the taking of prescription medication. I decided to try acupuncture and from the very first visit I was made very comfortable by Dr. Carrie and Dr. Cindy and their staff. I was confident that I would get some relief. What I did not expect was the amount of relief I felt after just one session. I have just finished my 6th visit and have dramatic improvement. I beleive in what they are doing and will update the site soon!!

I had a cervical disc herniation and had been receiving chiropractic care at another facility. I switched over to Back in Health after the Yoga teacher (Martina) introduced me to the practice. I had been experiencing frequent headaches and treating with massage. Dr Perkins manually adjusted my cervical spine and my headaches have disappeared in these few weeks after the adjustment. VERY EXCITING. I also received acupuncture treatment from Dr Mikala, this was my first session EVER, terrified of needles she really worked with me, she was very accommodating in regards to my fear of needles!

Dr. Cindy is amazing! Im going through IVF and see her for infertility acupuncture. She is very knowledgeable and has made the stress of IVF easier for me to deal with. She even went out of her way to work w/ my crazy IVF schedule to make sure I had treatments on the day of my embryo transfer. None of my previous acupuncturist (and Ive had 3)were willing to meet patients outside of business hours. To me, this speaks volumes about how much Dr. Cindy cares about her patients and their health/success. I highly recommend women dealing with infertility go see her. You wont regret it!

Two years ago I started bringing my 10yr old to see Dr. Cindy for relief of her allergies. We had seen many doctors and all they wanted to do was give her another script. I have seen a total transformation in my daughters behavior due to the relief she has been getting from Dr. Cindy and the whole office with their natural approach to healing. One has to be gentle and not intimidating to a young child and Dr. Cindy has made her relaxed from day one which has kept us coming back again and again.

Drs. Perkins and Oleston helped me from the very beginning to figure out which treatment would be best for my condition and how much my insurance would cover. I never felt like there was a bait and switch attempt to try to get me to try something that I was uncomfortable with or was too expensive for me. They are willing to try everything possible to try to make you feel better and correct your condition naturally. I feel so much better since I have been going to Back in Health Wellness Center.

The best chirpractor in the Tampa Bay area. She is so sweet and is focus on what you body needs when adjusting. My hip, low back, and neck pain are pain free. I can run and workout again without the pain.she has a very flexible schedule with saturday mornings as well! My mom and boyfriend also come here!!! Thank you Dr. Perkins and staff!

My teenager had a migraine that would NOT go away. I was able to get an emergency appointment and even though we were squeezed in we didnt wait around endlessly. He got an adjustment from Dr Cindy who recommended acupuncture and before we even got home he was feeling so much better. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.
