Please do yourselves a favor and DO NOT visit this place. The staff is terrible and the adviser was far from knowledgeable. I took my family in there to get some information on immunizations for my newborn. "Joyce" was helpful or informative and had no clue about what she was trying to convey. All she did was talk in circles without confirming anything and then began reading blurbs from the CDC. Trust me, any educated parent can do the same. At the end of the session she began forcing us to get some innoculations and then I questioned the fact that moments earlier she had mentioned that our newborn was up to date and would not require any? She could not answer and then said that if we get some injections from her then our consultation price would be less...LOL. Anyway I requested we check-out and then were served with a $140 bill. To my astonishment I asked why such a high charge when we were told over the phone it was $40 for a consultation? She stated because my wife asked a question for her own health, we would be charged for 2 consulations, including our newborn. What a rip-off!!! I asked her to give me a full breakdown of the bill and Passport Health charged us $100 for consultation and $40 for appointment, with a grand total of $140.....just doesnt make sense at all. So if anyone is going to go here then be prepared to shed out a lot of money for nothing. I have been spreading the word and advising everyone i know NOT TO VISIT PASSPORT HEALTH.

I was going to Brasil and was told I should look into vaccines specifically Yellow fever. I was told these people should have this vaccine. So I scheduled and apt for the tune of $100 if I didnt get a vaccine but it would only be $75 if I decided to get the vaccine. So fine I did this. The Dr. or Nurse who was answering my questions stated I had to get the vaccine or they would not let me back in the country and there is currently a yellow fever outbreak in Brasil. So in trusting the Dr. I decided she knew best, I got the vaccine. Come to find out not one person on my vacation had gotten this vaccine, oh and did I mention the total bill was like $300! All the Brazilians I met had no idea what "outbreak" I was talking about and that currently yellow fever is only a risk if you travel to the Amazon. The federal police in the US and in Brasil did not even ask what region I was going or had been too. I feel they took advantage of me and only wanted my money. They told me false truths about this "outbreak". I called and complained, they listened and were nice enough on the phone but I am still out $300 for no reason at all. I will not be going here again!!

I tell everyone I know who is travelling internationally that Passport Health is the way to go. Great service, knowledgeable, and the appointments have always been quick and efficient! I just tell them where Im going and they take it from there.. I always feel safe travelling even to remote areas that the docs at Passport Health have me protected from illnesses. Highly highly recommended!

The RN made everything very easy to understand and was very open in her recommendations. We didnt feel like we were being "sold" and had confidence in her recommendations. The customized literature that they provided was specific for the area that we were traveling to and was very helpful. I would highly recommend anyone traveling to a questionable place to utilize their service

The staff was informative and easy to work with. Scheduling was painless and there was no waiting when I showed up for my appointment. The booklet they provided did a good job of telling me about the shots they recommended. I dont like shots like most people but they did a great job of making the process bearable which is saying something. Overall, good experience.
