Love this place! Im 27 and have been going to Ren Dermatology since spring/summer 2015. I had dealt with acne since my early teens and was still experiencing it as an adult, in a different but almost worst way, so my skin finally started to show some scarring. I went to a dermatologist as a teenager, but it was so little help that I just assumed I was on my own. My skin is now 90% clearer and has been for months, and I have a confidence in my skin that I never had before. As I was leaving my first visit, I remember feeling like Ren Dermatology was a group of women who all strived to empower women, (and men of course), and I still think so every time Im there! Would recommend to anyone needing any kind of help with their skin!

Working in the industry that I do, I get asked to refer people to professionals in particular businesses, since they have just moved here or are working here for a certain amount of time. One of them has been "Whos a great Dermatologist?" I have referred a number of people to Dr. Lee and every single person has been more than pleased and has become a patient bringing their families and friends. The environment, service and medical attention is on par with cities like Los Angeles and New York City. And Dr. Lee is very personable while still being extremely professional. I highly recommend Ren Dermatology to anyone looking for an effective Dermatology practice and experience. Shes the only person I will trust with my skin.

I absolutely LOVE this place! The previous Franklin Dermatology office I was referred to was unable to come up with a diagnosis and after 3 visits and never meeting the doctor I was referred to, it was a very welcome change to meet Doctor Lee. She took time to really listen to me and was able to immediately diagnose my condition, which the previous office failed to do. Ive since been to her office and she has personally met with me four of the 5 times Ive had an appointment. The care and compassion she and her staff show is truly remarkable. If youre looking for a caring, knowledgeable facility that will actually take the time to listen and meet with you, look no further than REN Dermatology.

I had never been to a dermatologist before and went to REN. I saw all the reviews and believed this would be a great place to go. I was very disappointed. I have had a persistent rash on my face. The dermatologist saw me for under five minutes, held a little compact light on my face, told me to take Claritin for two weeks, and sent me on my way. I received no follow up. I was recommended another dermatologist by a friend and found that they are not all this way. From the other dermatologist I was given actual advice and information on my rash. Would NOT recommend.

I recently had a serious skin rash that was highly resistant to treatment. Dr. Lee and her team were persistent in finding a treatment protocol that finally worked. Dr. Lee also went the extra mile to ensure my insurance plan would cover the treatment. Throughout the experience, Dr. Lee, Kara, and Chelsea were always compassionate, caring and encouraging. In addition to my medical needs, I have been very pleased with the results of Dr. Lees cosmetic procedures. I cannot recommend Dr. Lee and her team highly enough!

These folks are awesome. My two boys wrestle and we had to get some skin issues sorted out asap. I called 5 other dermatologists companies and they were the only one that squeezed us in to the schedule. They seem to bend over backwards for their patients and Dr. Lee was awesome. We also had to go back and saw the Nurse Practitioner. They knew how urgent it was to get my sons skin treated so they could wrestle. Great people and we have recommended them to our whole wrestling team now.

Friendly customer service, Dr.Lee & team are experts and take their time to educate. They have an awesome customer portal feature as well, where you can log in and check out your history, advice, and even message the Doc. They also have free wifi in the waiting room, always a plus, although I didnt have chance to use it much as the appointment started on time.(which was a super pleasant surprise)
