I was running a little late for my appt but still managed to make it on time. I signed in, apologized and explained that I had been in heavy traffic. The office girl told me "If you wouldve called," I guess she didnt understand that I was trying to navigate a vehicle through traffic without dying or killing anyone. Besides, what difference would that had made? Would a spot have magically opened up if Id called? On top of that Id had a hard time finding the place as Im not familiar with the area. The office girl told me that I was supposed to be there 15 minutes early. They made me wait awhile before another office girl came up. Then they refused to see me saying they were stacked full of New Patients "in the back" (there was only 1 man in the waiting room of 20 chairs) and wouldnt be able to work me in. I said thats fine. They didnt even offer to reschedule me. I saw the sign in sheet, there were only 4 names on it, I was the only one whod signed/circled Yes that I was a new patient. I called my doctor from the parking lot to refer me somewhere else. This clinic seems mismanaged and they obviously dont care about people. I dont appreciate being lied to my face. And who has time for their arbitrary rules? Your patients are people with lives too. Things happen, stuff comes up.

Stephanie Bui, the PA-C at this dermatology office, was absolutely wonderful. Stephanie took care of all of my moles and suspicious spots. I’ve been wanting to go to a dermatologist for years, there’s been so many moles I’ve wanted gone— why did I wait so long????? You can’t feel the removal of the spots, she has a light touch and a wonderful ora. I’ve recommended several of my co-workers to her and all of my family members. She is now treating all of us— everyone loves her. Not only is she very knowledgeable about all things skin, she’s got an amazing attitude and she’s happy to answer any questions. You also get a free chemical peel when you come in—which is awesome—thank you Stephaine for exceptional service. I love my new skincare. Oh and the best part is— it’s so affordable. She cuts all the stuff you don’t need. Such a relief. Love her!

They use a checklist to prescribe you medication from some mail order service that takes months to get all of your medication from. Then, when you finally get all of it, it is junk from India that doesnt work. She saw me for 2 minutes, checked off her little list and sent me on my way. Never been treated more like a number in my life. Why would you give someone CREAM with psoriasis from head to toe? Is like to go elsewhere, but everyone else is booked for months. Looks like Ill be going out of town for quality care. Oh yeah, and if they had answered their phone during normal business hours, I could have spoken to them about these issues. Maybe a public review on Google will get their attention.

I had the same experience as a previous reviewer. While the PA did spend longer with me (about 10-15 minutes), I was prescribed $170 worth of topicals picked up at the local pharmacy and received instructions to order more via mail. After days of no change, I had to make an emergency trip while out of town to another dermatologist. She said, "Wow, you are WAAAAY past topicals". She gave me a full overhaul of both OTC and prescription antihistamines, two injections and a full treatment plan for all skin/laundry regimens. Well worth the money spent. My mail order topicals arrived in the mail 3 weeks later. Useless.

Absolutely horrible experience starting from the front desk. They were in such a rush to leave for the day that I received incomplete medical care. Doctor did not seem to have time to discuss options with me and I didnt understand anything she was saying because she was speaking rapidly and in a hurry to get me out. I left frustrated and upset. On top of that, the prescription I was given had to be called in by the office and it was never done. I wouldnt recommend anyone visit this office. Absolute horrible experience!

I had such a great experience at this office! I saw Stephanie Bui, PA-C, and she has Such a bubbly and personable personality. She fully educated me on skin care, and the prescription that I needed. I loved the list of prescription that she checked off for me. It was super convenient to call, and have the prescription sent to my door. I received the prescription within 2-4 days. I had moles I have wanted removed for years, and Stephanie was able to remove them all without causing me any pain.

My visit with Stephanie Bui, PA was definitely wonderful. I came in for a problem which had not been treated with my last two doctors. She was very thorough. Not only she treated my skin problems but also recommended what I should do on a day to day basis to avoid it happening again. She has the best skin so I am doing what shes told me religiously! I highly recommend to see Stephanie!!! I am seeing good results and I couldnt be more pleased :)
