BEWARE: My spouse attended an event at this facility and won a raffle prize which consisted of free cool sculpturing. She was very excited to have won this prize and set up a consultation. During the consultation, she was told that only one procedure would be needed for her neck. The employee set up an appointment for the cool sculpturing procedure a few days later. When my spouse went to the procedure appointment, she was told it would cost her $150.00! She was also told that the neck area was not included in the cool sculpturing prize. She pointed out that there was no exemption listed on the free certificate and nothing was mentioned during the previous consultation. This is a classic bait & switch. The only thing the spa offered to do was extend the certificate expiration date. This still requires her to pay $150 for what should have been a free service based on a winning raffle certificate. My spouse suggested using this certificate for another service such as botox. The spa rejected her suggestion. This is unacceptable customer service to a new client with the hopes of repeat business. Consumer beware!!!

I brought my child in for a skin culture on a Monday and was seen by Denise and her assistant. After the skin culture was done, they informed me that I should get the results sometime by either Tuesday or Wednesday. I called on Wednesday to see if the skin culture results were in and spoke with Arianna at the nurses station. She informed me that I should receive results some time in 7 - 10 business days. I told her that I was given conflicting information. She excused my information and continued to say that 7 - 10 days are standard. Instead of cross checking with the doctor, she dismissed the conversation with me with an attitude. I would not recommend this place if this is the type of service I should continue to expect. Moving forward, I received a phone call later in the day from Heather after this ordeal transpired. She was very helpful, understanding and was able to provide me with the correct information. She took the time to look more into my childs report and reached out to the doctor to cross check her information before contacting me. This is called quality service. Thank you Heather!

If you go there, be prepared to watch your billing very closely. I received a past due notice and called our insurance company. Doctors office received and cashed the check a month-and-a-half earlier. I placed a call to the doctors office and, after waiting through 40+ rings, I explained the situation to the person answering the phone. He advised that Heather handles billing & would look into it. I received a call back (not from Heather) and was told that the balance on our account is $0 and that we should disregard the past due notice. I requested something in writing stating that there is no overdue balance. Several minutes later, Heather finally called me and told me our account is "OK". She explained that they received the payment but did not apply the amount to our account. I again requested something in writing and was given attitude by Heather. Dr. Khanna is good but office staff leaves a lot to be desired. Because of this, we will not be returning.

My first time visiting any dermatologist and I can say that the attention and service I received was first rate. Everyone was pleasant and efficient. To start off the reception area is open and bright and comfortable, although I only spent just a few minutes waiting to be seen. I was seen by Marianne who is a PA working with Dr Khanna. She did everything she could to put me at ease and to make my visits as stress free as possible. During my first visit for a skin exam, Dr Khanna even stepped in to consult with Marianne over several questionable spots she had located. Overall, from a patient perspective, Im very happy with the quality of care I received as well as the friendliness and professionalism of the staff and would not hesitate to return or to recommend their practice to others.

From the moment I walked into the office, I was amazed. I am a broker, and see a lot of commercial real estate. This building is impeccably designed. Everyone in the office is so beautiful, kind, and attentive. I had a facial with the aesthetician and she made me feel relaxed and at ease. My face was so smooth afterward. Their prices are great as well. Very affordable. I have bought their products (NeoCutis) and I couldnt be happier with them. Ive been seeing Dr. Khanna since he was at the Woodstock office. He has always had a great bedside manner & you can tell he cares about his patients. He spends time with you and you dont feel rushed. 5 stars!!!!

Dr Khanna is the Best Dermatologist out there! I have also seen Denise McNatt and she is Wonderful! They both keep my complexion looking the Greatest and I respect them! The office in Algonquin is Absolutely Beautiful and Everyone is Nice! Thank you Dr Khanna and Denise for Everything you Do!
