Made my daughters first appointment with this dentist office. They sent a confirmation email the week before with an address in Arlington heights. Thinking maybe I made a mistake by scheduling in a town Ive never been too we still made the trip to Arlington heights. I called to find the office since there are no signs and the address is at a bank building to find out we have an appointment in Algonquin. The confirmation email is from another office of theirs with a different name. The paperwork they sent has no business name or address either. Extremely irritated they havent called, emailed, texted to confirm further or see why we havent made it to our appointment yet.

They are wonderful! My kids just love the colorful office, kids activities and fun movies/shows. Everyone is so nice and beyond helpful. The office manager and all of the hygienist staff go out of their way to ensure you and your children have a great visit. We really appreciate Dr. Urisittis patience and kindness . She is friendly, helpful and great at what she does. I highly recommend.

It was a great experience for my daughters first visit. Its a beautiful practice. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Dr. Ursitti gave us a warm welcome and made us feel very comfortable. The hygienist Alex was gentle with her, and slowly introduced her to each step of the dental cleaning. So happy to have found this office!
