If you read nothing else: DONT, I REPEAT DONT GO TO THIS DENTIST!!! My wife was told she needed thousands of dollars worth of work (this story sound familiar? read other reviews!) only to go to another dentist and be told that there was nothing wrong with her. This practice is an embarrassment to the practice and should be removed for the fraud they are trying to commit. You might think this is a bit extreme but when they tell your loved one they need to see a specialist for grinding teeth, have a root canal fixed, that they have 3 cavities, etc. all in their first visit to a new practice you might be just as angry and feel just as lied to when you get a second (or even 3rd) opinion that says all of it is a bunch of lies. Using the same x-rays as York Towne Dental took, TWO other offices agreed there was nothing out of the norm in the images. See their Yelp reviews for more examples of what Im referring to.

My experience with this practice has been great. Every person I met was polite and courteous. I do not have dental insurance. I felt they were very fair with the pricing and took good care of me and my husband. He also had a dental situation, they even followed up with a phone call, to see if he was feeling better. I would recommend this place to anyone that needed a good dentist. Both Doctors took the time to explain procedures, a good doctor educates a patient. All staff is personable and kind. There are not even enough stars to give here!

Yorktowne Dental is a very professional place. I went there to get my teeth cleaned, affordable rates, and very well staffed. The hygienist that cleaned my teeth was really sweet and very through and got my teeth feeling great! Also the front desk staff and Dental Assistants are all very helpful and keep your comfort in mind. The Dentists are very professional and very adequate at doing their jobs! All around a great place to go if youre having any type of Dental issue.

I am 24 and have never had a cavity in my life. On my first visit, they tried telling me i have 8 cavites and need them all filled. My wife was told she had 9. We both had x-rays 1 year previous and a cleaning six months ago. They were very forcefull with recomending extra cleanings and x-rays. This place was a scam!

Excellent service. Took care of what was needed in a fast and professional manner. Explained everything very well and didnt waste a lot of time chastising me for not flossing or seeing a dentist on a more regular basis. If every dentist office was like this, I would go in for regular checkups.

It would not be a good business model to scam patients by not telling them that they have cavities. However, this office seems to be following the opposite method. I agree with Jason, the treatment recommended was overboard, stay clear.

Great place, prompt service. Never have I had to wait very long, they do a great and thorough job be it cleaning, filling a cavity, and even painless pulling of a tooth, once.

Went to the dentist office for the first time since I moved. Told I have 17 cavities, how does that happen in six months. Go to another dentist I have no cavities.

I think that the office members here are very polite and nice. The doctors are very nice and will do their best to help you.
