Dr. Norten and her staff are wonderful. The staff are very courteous, understanding, pleasant, and humorous. I feel right at home, and the staff have answers to all my questions about procedures and insurance. Dr. Norten is a fabulous dentist with what I call "magical fingers." Her techniques use the most up-to-date technologies, and her skill and knowledge are superior. I know, this sounds crazy, but I look forward to my visits to the dentist. One quick example ... I had a very tricky left-lower filling that a previous dentist could not get quite right ... but Dr. Norten figured it out in minutes. By the way, this review is being published under a pseudonym, since I am a very private person and do not give out any personal information to anyone. Thanks for your understanding.

Had my teeth cleaned today which is a tremendous feat for me. In the past Ive had to take valium or find a dentist office that would knock me out during a cleaning - yep you heard right, a cleaning! I experienced the most gentle hygienist today. Courtni (hygienist) was amazing. She listened to my fears and was patient with me. When I left the office I didnt have any tenderness, swollen gums, sore cheeks, overstretched lips - absolutely pain free. By far the best experience in my 50+ years of getting teeth cleaned....thank you, thank you, thank you:) Lorraine

Dr. Norten is wonderful. I have looked and looked for a good dentist in McHenry county for years and finally I found a great one. She is very knowledgable and is great with patients. Shes caring and takes the time to make sure you understand your treatment plan and options. All of the staff is also great, very professional and caring. Makes going to the dentist a pleasant experience.
