This was our first visit to First Impressions and although I had alot of anxiety leading up to the appointment, I could not be happier with how it went. The quality of the service we received even before my sons appointment when we were trying to figure out all of the insurance and billing was really impressive. When we arrived, the receptionists were extremely friendly which made us feel welcome and comfortable. For this first visit, my son had a lap exam. We learned some very valuable information from the hygienist and she then brushed my sons teeth. He squeaked a little bit but she was very patient with him. Afterward, we met with Dr. Jordan, he seemed very competent and also very patient. He looked at my sons teeth, applied a some sort of a solution to my sons teeth and pointed out that everything looked good and then let us know that although there may be some crowding on his lower teeth down the road, but it isnt anything to worry about now. After Dr. Jordan saw us, the hygienist gave us a tour of the clinic and laid out what we can expect in the future. Our appointment finished up by scheduling another appointment in six months and the icing on the cake was that they give my son a little toy. From the time we entered the door until the time we left, everything exceeded our expectations. Thanks for that!

Im always a bit skeptical when Im not allowed to be in or near where my kids are being treated. Ive only met their actual dentist once out of 3 years and appointments for 3 kids. The last time we were there 2 of them had major dental work (again), my kids always seem to need caps and teeth pulled . I paid my portion (after insurance was applied) before their treatment. After the treatment I learned they didnt do some of the work they thought they would need too. After me bringing it up and asking for the refund (approximately $35) I was told it is just an estimate I was paying and it would be figured out in the end. I asked of it could be credited towards my account for future visits, I did not get a definite yes or no, just was told what I pay are estimates. This leaves me with a distrusting feeling and I doubt if I would have brought the worth not done up it would have been taken off our bill.

My granddaughter has special needs and she was treated very well at her dental appointment. I was given materials and resources for dental care. The added touches geared towards children, such as the obstacle course play area, help occupy the children in the waiting room. Overall, I would recommend First Impressions to anyone with children for their dental care.

My son is three years old and this was his first dentist visit. Very friendly staff which were very helpful and answered all my questions and concern. My son had a smile on his face from start to finish. Everyone did a great job making him feel comfortable which in return made me feel comfortable. Will be back in six months

My daughters first visit to the dentist went really well, thanks to the staff at First Impressions. The location was convenient and I loved the decor in the office. The waiting room kept my little one entertained and it comforted me to know that she felt at home there. Thanks to First Impressions in Shawano!

This is the first time I have been to a Pediatric Dentist. All I have to say is this place is amazing. They make your child feel so relaxed. My daughter just loved it. They showed me around the facility and introduced me to the doctor. My daughter had a great visit and I cant wait to come back.

I am Rayns mother. I was unable to be at yhe office while she has the 5 teeth pulled, but my husband was there. I spoke with a girl a few days before, was told that rayn would have nitrus for this procedure. Rayn said she was only numbed. And was awake thru the whole thing. Is this normal?
