horrible dentist had to get 3 root canals done and it took them months to finish. once it was finally finished they didnt crown my tooth so after all that pain i was finally able to eat again. Wait just kidding i am now missing more than half of my tooth and have to get it pulled which should have been done in the first place. The dentist spent most of his time talking to his assistant then actually working on my tooth. I will never go to the place again they hurt me more then they fixed. they charged me 700 out of pocket up front to start the root canals, another 150 out of pocket to get x-ray done when they said it would have been free. do not go to this dentist they are horrible.

They said my son and daughter had a cavity and for my wife they wanted an extra $700.00 out of pocket to clean here teeth for me they wanted an extra $1000.00 out of pocket to clean my teeth all of this work would take several visits. After hearing all of this garbage we found a different Dentist who found no cavity’s on my son and daughter cleaned my wife’s teeth and mine in one visit with no extra out of pocket money. Unless you have a lot of money and time to spend in a dentist chair STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!

Cancelled an apointment within 48 hours and was still billed for cancelling an appointment. The next time I went there I asked the receptionist if she had got my message and she said yes. So it was there mistake. Also the receptionist for the orthodontist told the ortho I was rude to her...I guess thats how they handle customers who HAD a $200 credit because I sure wont be going back. Editing this because it was the week before that I had transferred my $200 credit to the orthodontist.

I went for a cleaning and the next thing their asking for an extra $400.00 dollars out of my pocket, it seemed like they were more concerned about the 400.00 because they never did the work. I had to find another Dentist. I guess it’s what kind of insurance you have that will determined the care you receive.

My younger sisters and I went to Lake Geneva Dental Jan 2015. They were amazing. The dentist really cared about us and our family situation. I worked at Mcds downtown and whenever she came through she asked how we were doing. They really made us feel at home and took great care of us. Very welcoming.

I dont see how anybody can give these guys a bad review, some of the best Dentist and Hygienist me and my wife have ever found. Unfortunately we are moving to Florida and have to say good bye to these folks, hope I can find someone as good as these nice people.

I have been a patient for 13 years and have never had a bad experience! The doctors and assistants are wonderful and explain everything so well. The front staff is engaging, knowledgeable, and friendly. They even bake cookies hot from the oven, to welcome you!
