This place is absolutely ridiculous, very unethical, and money hungry. My husband and I went there for a general cleaning, but we left there feeling scared because of all of the work they said we needed. I’ve only had one cavity in my lifetime and my husband also takes very good care of his teeth, so we were very surprise at all of the treatments they were recommending. They wanted to do all of this unnecessary work, and I say unnecessary because after they informed us about how much all of the work they were recommending was going to cost us we sought a second opinion, and of course all of the work they were recommending was unnecessary, but they make it seem like they genuinely care and they are doing the best for you, but instead they want to do all of these unnecessary work on you so they can continue to afford the expensive office theyve built. I am appalled by how they are functioning and extremely surprised they are still in business. They also got us to sign up for carecredit and to my surprise I get a bill yesterday for more than $1000 just for my xrays because my husbands xrays they charged the insuraence. They went ahead and charged carecredit knowing I have insurance and they also have my insurance information. I am now wasting my time to get this straightened out. Oh, and the $1000 dollars they are charging me its only for the xrays they took, because I did not even get a cleaning. Think twice before you step in their office.

Visited this dentist for a second opinion on a crown. By the time I left they told me I needed not only 2 crowns but two root canals also. I then sought a 3rd review and was told I only needed one crown and it was less than half the price of this dentist. Date of service was 12/31/15. On December 9th of 2016 I received a statement with no explanation of charges for $55.00 showing I was over 90 days past due. Included in the bill was a letter that stated the following. "Dear Patient, We realize this statements arrival may be delayed in that we havent seen you for some time. Our office has or may have neglected to send a statement in the past, but we are putting new systems in place to prevent this from happening again." I do not understand how they believe they can bill patients for services that are over a year old. This dentist tries to wow patients with bells and whistles and overcharge patients for services provided. It is the only dentists office they start with giving you a "tour" of the office. I had my one crown done at another wonderful dentist without a root canal and have had no issues since. No office tour and he had all the same technology as they have at this office. It is really tough to find an honest dentist these days.

These people are scammers!!! Please believe me when I say do not waste your time and money! The front desk receptionists were extremely happy and fake which I found really creepy and the hygienist I saw was really nice at first. I have been to several different dentists over the years and know that my teeth are for the most part relatively healthy. I came here for a cleaning and check up because their location was close to me. The hygienist told me I had stage four periodontal disease and tried to get me to come back every 12 WEEKS for a cleaning procedure that costs 5x more than a regular cleaning. When I told her I wasnt interested she became really rude and condescending. It was difficult to tell if it was because she was pregnant but I really think she was making everything up and trying to sell me something that was not necessary. I went to another office a couple weeks later for a second opinion and they were mortified. After lookiing at my xrays and measuring my gums they told me I only had very slight bone loss around one tooth in the back and that I just needed to clean it better! These people are 100% fake and they are completely unethical, please do not go there!!!

My husband and I both went to this Dental office simultaneously. Although I am not upset with my treatment I am upset with the billing and the future treatment they said we BOTH needed...yikes!!! They seem to be extremely organized at billing but they are not! Its actually quite focused on the financial end as you have your private person take you in an office and explain what is covered by insurance and what is your responsibility as well as a plethora of procedures needed in the future. My husband was suspicious from the beginning and felt like it was all about the money. We paid what our responsibility was AT EACH VISIT. We continued the treatment plan assuming all our bills were paid. We were shocked when we received close to an $800 bill 3 months later. Had we known some procedures werent covered the first month we went we may have held out and spread our visits out since we already paid an excess of $1200 over the course of 6 visits plus our insurance paid handsomely. Be weary of the billing. Good luck!

I have been seeing Dr. Tim and the team at All Smiles Dental since 2006. In that time, Ive had numerous crowns, a titanium rod implant, and check ups every three months for periodontal disease. Both my children have had their wisdom teeth removed, and one had braces. All this at one place: All Smiles Dental. Why? Because I feel like family when I come in, and I always receive a warm welcome. The hygienists and assistants are great at what they do, (big shout out to Alicia and Laurel), and all of my questions are answered no matter how small. Its a family run business and thats exactly how you feel; like family. About 5 years ago, I moved to Aurora. It would have been much easier to find a local dentist here. But I chose to stay with Dr. Tim and his team because he knew my dental history, my children, and had my trust. I have many more dental projects in the works, and feel comfortable knowing Im in good hands.

You will be impressed by the clinic as each room is exquisitely professionally decorated(different motifs for each room) and how easy you can get an appointment. Those are the only good things about this dental office. There is one dentist who fleetingly transfer from one to another, lots of waiting once you are inside. There a re a lot of services that are offered, all of which are expensive. You have to get up of your chair to go out and talk with the cashier before anything are done. They use the CEREC method on me to make dental crowns, which is good and quick but I think not long lasting. $7,000 my total bill associated with visits with an oral surgeon because this dentist damaged one of the molars, days of dental/oral pain requiring me to not work and less than a year all my crowns are broken. today i am in pain again and i am not going back there. DO NOT come here, money -making business.

I am so disappointed with this experience. I will never go here again. I had two appointments scheduled today...one at 8 yo do cleaning and one at 9 to do the filling. I arrived early and completed the necessary paperwork. By 940, I only had x-rays and pictures done. Most of my time was spent sitting in a chair waiting....filling took 20 mins at most...couldnt even get the cleaning done before I said I had to leave. A complete waste of time **Update** After the first visit, I did get a call from this office apologizing about the experiencing and wanting to make it right. I was able to schedule an appointment that Friday for my teeth cleaning and to fix the tooth that was previously filled. I appreciate a company that just doesnt try to apologize without any resolution so I did change my rating. They made it right and I am happy. Will go here in the future.
