Since we moved to New Braunfels my husband and I have only gone to Bedford Family Dentistry. We never wait more than 3-4 minutes to be seen and they take sufficient time to answer any/all questions we have. From the moment I step in the door until I leave I only see happy, smiling faces. The doctors and staff are professional yet friendly, with customer service being a top priority. I must also mention theres always good music playing. After an appointment, everyone has the opportunity to enter their name for a gift drawing---now thats above and beyond what anyone would expect when visiting a dentist! We regularly recommend them when we know someone is looking for a good dentist. It is dental cleaning & treatment par excellence, always exceeding expectation.

I have been seeing Dr. Bedford since I moved to Texas from California (almost 6 years now). Dr. Bedford and his staff are the best I have ever encountered. Dr. Bedford is friendly, knowledgeable, and best of all he is excellent at what he does. To top it off, Dr. Bedford does not try to sell you anything you dont need, he is honest and has integrity... which is very rare. If you want the best of everything you could possible want in a dentist, you have found him!

Ive been a patient of Dr. Bedford now for about 3 years. My experiences have all been excellent. From routine cleanings to root canals and crowns, everything has been with great care and consideration. Appointments are always on time, and I get a reminder call ahead of time. The staff is great and the new office is a thing of beauty. Megan does an awesome job! I would recommend Bedford Family Dentistry to anyone looking for a long term family dentist.

Drs. Don and Brev Bedford are outstanding, as is the entire staff! I went in for a teeth cleaning for myself and my 3 young boys. The new office is so warm and relaxing and the doctors and staff managed to handle my 3 young boys with ease. The boys walked out with toys and no tears! I also had a tray made for teeth whitening and I saw results within a week. So nice to be in such a family environment. I highly recommend Bedford Family Dentistry!

When I moved to New Braunfels five years ago I made an appointment with a dental office in town who tried to scare me into having a whole lot of dental work done. Flustered, I made an appointment at Bedford Family Dentistry for a second opinion. Dr. Brev was honest and down to earth and saved me the expense and discomfort of a lot of unnecessary dental work. I have been receiving care from Drs Don and Brev for at least a dozen years, which speaks for itself. Whenever I had an emergency, and there have been several I was in the chair in virtually the time it took to drive from home to the clinic. I doubt you will find a better dental office in this area.
