I have had numerous appointments over the last couple of years with Terra at R2 and have excellent services and experiences every time. They are great at customer service; everyone greets you enthusiastically, they provide free treats, water, chap stick among other courtesies, and they remember your name. One year I was in a Christmas lottery and won a cool napsack. Terra can also do root canals which I have never experienced in a regular dentist. If it becomes complicated and she needs to send you to a specialist she will not charge for work done. I can tell the staff enjoys working for her.

They have the friendliest staff of any place I have been. I always have a great experience there. I actually look forward to going to the dentist. I know that sounds crazy but its true. I had a temp crown that came off and they fixed it that day no charge. They stand behind their work and take care of anything issues that come up.

Best experience in wichita (and Ive tried a few). Everyone from the receptionist to the dental hygienist to the dentist is kind and caring. So happy to have found Dr Terra. She is very loving. They were able to make my 5yr and 6yr old feel very comfortable! (And my daughter is frightened of dentists!) very good service!

Its been very good. Everyone very polite and though I hadnt been in for a year some knew my first name as I walked in the door. They explain the best options and routes to take and have helped me with my insurance and finances greatly. Wouldnt go anywhere else from now on

I have been going to R2 Center for Dentistry for many years and have never had problems with them. They have such a great environment and friendly service from the minute you walk in the door! Highly recommend going here if you are looking for a dentistry.

I had to have tooth pulled. The dentist and staff are quite competent and I was never in any discomfort. I want not happy that I had to lose a tooth but I am quite satisfied with process and the outcome.
