I started going to this dentist in 2012. Worked a 3yr plan for implants. Finished in 2015 3 implants later. 1-single and then bridge of 3. After getting then in my mouth the bridge felt uncomfortable and seemed to be placed too far back. 4/2015. Even the dentist struggled bracing the furthest implants and even commented on how he felt it was too far back. Long story short...I even verbalized the feeling I was told that it was because I had got use to not having a tooth back there and to give it some time. Im 9/2015 I was placed on blood thinners and just dealt with the discomfort of the teeth through my temporary set back of other unforeseen issue. In 10/2016 I had a molar split in half causing me to have an extraction(went to different dentist) I was told that my implant the bridge one was extremely toi far back and they too were not able to effectively clean floss them. This dentist sent me to a implant oral dentist who advised me to call the original dentist and have them correct it as I had mentioned to this dentist of my conversation at the time of the implant of dissatisfaction. So I finally go back and request them to correct this problem. First of all you would have thought I lost my mind with the way I was looked at when I told them it was way too uncomfortable and that I had dealt with it long enough. They informed I would have to pay$1200 to get it fixed bcause they would have to do a different bridge..(to correct their error) Secondly, the fluffy chick.in the front office.advises me that I still owe from before over$1200 (I was pd in full my last visit in 2015) & that they would correct my crowns for an additional. $600 plus old fees $1200... Youre kidding right? Thats strange..you have never called me about it and you call to confirm every appointment I have ever made so I know you have my phone number. All they can do for me is give me a refund at this point. I will pay someone else to do it right that stands behind their work. I wish I didnt have to chose 1-star cause thats giving them too much credit. If you havent been to this office...save yourself some aggravation ..DONT!!!! At this point I am filing a formal complaint with the dental board, requesting a full refund and filing complaint with delta dental and aetnA. These people are crookd, poor work ethic, and NO INTEGRITY AT ALL.

Completely shocked at how awful my husband and I were treated here. When you go to someone you have to put your trust in to work on your mouth you expect professionalism and this is not what we found here! We were treated like children as I, a pregnant mother to my fourth child, was told to put my big girl panties on when I told them of my pain while getting my teeth cleaned. The lady working on my mouth treated me with no respect the entire time and made me feel, terrible, I cried while she worked on me because I was so embarrassed. The main dentist treated co workers with such disrespect as well right in front of me. Terrible place to go! They tried to over charge us before we left, I really hope they fix things around there before they get shut down. Oh, and before we left I tried to get a second opinion on an unfinished root canal I had done from another dentist and they tried to tell me that the other dentist did not even perform the root canal yet which he had, I was there lol. So they said I would have to pay to get it done again! They even tried to pull out my xrays and show me where the tooth was to tell me it was not filled yet. As I kept telling them the other dentist had not filled it yet, he just took, out the roots of the bad tooth. So they then said he did not take them out so I would have to pay for that too. Such a joke! They are full of lies and would not trust anyone here for a second opinion! Please be careful!

when I got there found out I needed deep cleaning done so they offered me "discounted price" with my insurance. my hygiene cleaned half side of mouth and told me i would have to come back in 2 weeks to get rest of it cleaned. They left so much pain in my mouth and if that was not bad enough the doctor comes in saying "oh im going to be doing ur fillings? With paperwork ready to go and expecting to pay right there and basically forcing me to get it done. First of all I did not needed any fillings, and secondly they should have atleast learn to inform the patient what they coming in for. 1) paid for my deep cleaning for the two visits i had to go - they still charge my insurance claiming it was my third visit. 2) after gettting all of my deep cleaning done they call me again two weeks later to come in for another cleaning and tell me they will charge my insurance if i did not show up. They really need to get their patients info, visits and appointments in order!!! Worst place ever!! 3) its old place with old technology and inexperienced people working there who just want to make money and nothing else. No comfort at all. i would just stay away from this place. nothing positive about this place at all. They want to make money and nothing else!!! Be sure to ask what treatment is being done to you before they do it so you do not get charged so much money for what you did not need in the first place.

I had my braces done with them four years ago and recently my retainers started cracking towards the back. When I called the receptionist said a new set would be $300.00 but I had a paper from when I got them saying theyd at least try to repair the retainer before charging you. When I told her she told me to come in and theyd check it out. Fast forward to me coming in. The receptionist sent me back to the doctor and I explained then showed that the retainers were cracked. He said that the only way he repairs them is to make new ones. When I started worrying he said that they were FREE! I just had to refer customers haha. Now this was a different orthodontist from when I went here for my braces. This older man is so sweet and I get to pick up my new retainers later today. This experience went way differently than I was expecting and Im glad! I just paid for my summer college courses and I dont have the money to get these fixed. My previous experiences with this place are good, they took care of me and my teeth when I was coming in every two weeks for braces tightenings. Now theyve gone above and beyond. I cant speak for the regular dental side, but the orthodontist side is exceptional!!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER - After working on my daughters caps for h-o-u-r-s, the dentist wanted to argue with my daughter and I over whether she was in pain. In tears in the chair, she was told that if she was in so much pain he would be happy to "yank" out her roots right there. The dentist became flustered, mad, and very unprofessional. Not only did he refuse to acknowledge her pain, he left her with black gums that were bruised for weeks afterward. The patient in the next room was screaming so loud it was like a horror show and was being told to "shut up" as she wasnt in any pain. I had to take my daughter to another dentist for emergency treatment for the pain and when I asked Next Century to help with the cost of repairing the caps they put in her mouth that did not fit and were not the same color as her teeth, I was told I could bring her back in and they would take a look but there would not be any refund. $2,400 later...I would like everyone to know what you get for your money...pain in the mouth and the pocketbook! I am now having to spend even more to fix their horrible work! I would suggest people to run...run very far away...from this horrible dental office.
