BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I have always been afraid to go to the dentist, but this time I HAD to go, I was having a toothache. I showed up at the Jefferson Dental in Haltom City, my first impression I got when I walked through the door was "VERY CLEAN!!!!" Their lobby had such a fresh and clean smell. Then the lovely lady at the front desk window stood up immediately and greeted me nicely. Everyone there smiled and made me feel welcomed. Even though their lobby was full they took me as a walk-in, informed me that there was going to be a small wait and over all, it was not that long. When I made it to the back all the staff was very nice and concerned about my pain, the doctor was extremely nice and patient, he took the time to answer all my questions and BEST of all, I GOT TREATMENT THE SAME DAY!!!!!!! LOVE THIS PLACE. I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED JEFFERSON DENTAL IN HALTOM CITY TO ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY.....

I would highly recommend this clinic. Dr Patel is a great doctor, did an excellent job. She is very concerned and explains the entire produce. The entire staff is very caring. Mario was very helpful and caring, worked thru my insurance and got me the best deal. The receptionist Noemi was very pleasant and answered all my questions. Dr Patels assistants were all extremely nice as well. They all made me feel very comfortable thru the entire visit. Thanks all of you !!!!!

.i really hope yall have a better experience than me.I truly regret the day I stepped into that place.well my experience was pathetic.there good with cleanings and fillings and stuff,but when It comes to other more difficult procedures there dentist suck.these dental chain clinics got there basic riteon but when it comes to special prosedures its best to visit a profesional.good luck .i dont know what hurts more, living without three molars or money down the drain.

Going to the dentist makes me very nervous especially when teeth are being pulled but Dr. Patel was amazing each time I went in shes very quick and informative. The dental assistants calmed me down with their very good bed side manner never made me feel silly for being so nervous. To top it off the staff behind the desk also very informative and helpful. All around good experience, I highly recommended this place for your dental work.

Went in for a broken tooth, they did a root canal and only "found" two canals on a molar which at least has three. Wouldnt help with pain at all but Tylenol 4 but I explained I am allergic so she said only I.p800. Left me with horrific pain that now I need a section to finish her job. Also they broke the tooth next to the one I had worked on. So now I have to pay to get that one fix. Definitely going to report them

I had a great experience here. Dr Patel is very fast and very thorough. She was amazing with my kids and gained their trust. She takes the time to listen to her patients ensuring they get the best care they deserve. The staff and manager Maria are very friendly and take the time to work with you and make sure your visit is pleasant. Highly recommend them.

The best place to take your family for any dental work. They have the best staff and so good with kids. Naomi took care of my daughter while I got my dental cleaning done. I will recommend this branch to anyone. Overall they make you feel at home! Loved my visit and cant wait to go back!
