For over 10 years we have taken our family of seven (children ages 3 to 21) to have our teeth cared for by Dr. Crumpton and his staff. His beautiful facility is warm and friendly and always contains the very latest dental technology in an impeccably clean setting. We never wait long, nor do we ever feel rushed during an appointment, even when we have lots of questions. As parents of young children, how they are treated is of paramount importance to us. Some of our children have had some of the more complicated procedures, and during each one we have been very reassured by the confidence of the staff and by Dr. Crumptons gentle care for the little people most important to us... even though some of them arent so little anymore! What makes Dr. Crumpton a superior dentist is that he aims at the most comfortable experience possible by way of the very latest tools and tech possible, he is very flexible about what might work with individual patients, and he respects our intuition as parents. In these ways he really shows that dentistry is an art as well as a science. An added perk is that hes just generally fun to talk to, which makes for a no-fear, relaxing experience. From time to time the Crumptons host community events that our family has enjoyed... we even brought our parents to enjoy one of their open-house parties. Anna and David Crumpton live in the community and really care about health and quality of life in Trophy Club. We are greatful, along with many other families, for their great care over the years. We recommend them wholeheartedly!

I really like my dentist, Dr. Crumpton, he is a wonderful dentist. I have been going to him for at least 7 years or more. My husband, myself and my grandson have all been using Dr. Crumpton these last 7 years. Dr. Crumpton has a good sense of humor with a great bedside manner. He is real down to earth and my grandson who is 11 also feels very comfortable with him. My grandson just informed me that Dr. Crumpton has bad puns. (ha ha) Luckily none of us have had any major work done, probably because his cleaning and routine visits have kept us so healthy. I did have the Invisalign Braces done by him, he was very thorough and I had a good outcome. I have had some minor fillings done and his work was good. My husband has periodontal disease. He had to go thru the deep cleaning along with the scraping under the gums when we first started seeing Dr. Crumpton, since then my husband goes every three months and Dr. Cumpton has kept him well. I guess if I have to tell any cons it would be that Dr. Crumptons office is not a preferred provider on my insurance and his prices are a little higher than the reasonable and customary charges that my insurance lists. After having said all of this, would I recommend him, I most definitely would. Thank you Dr. Crumpton for being our dentist.

I have had a lifetime of issues with my teeth, starting with my 1st from permanent tooth having to be pulled due to injury; and I have literally been in so many different dental offices, with a Dentist that always has been convincing enough for me to trust the "professional! Im just now getting a best chance for my my lifes personal pursuit of the best care of all my needs to be put into a place where I am not fearful of becoming an unimportant person to be disappointed all over again! I have to make my own personal statement heard.... that I have suffered from PTSD due to the fact that I have been suffering from the pain of having to go through a lot of loss and in the wrong hands being at the expense of a so called professional...NO ONE IS TO THE STANDARD AND CARE OF A DENTIST To Who a PTSD Patient has ever been so thankful and to that much Im going to shout it out loud!!!

Most unscrupulous office, its simply unbelievable. The hygienist wouldnt clean my teeth as I was being pressured heavily to have a specialized cleaning. When she finally did she was visibly annoyed, there goes her kick back money. At the end she was forcibly pressing on my front teeth to the point of discomfort and telling me that they are loose and I needed Invisalign...they are loose now thanks to you. Then hands me referral cards as I am trying to get out of the door without having my jewelry stripped off of me. So if I give this to someone and they come to this office we each get $50 off of our bill. Hahaha! Theres no one I dislike that much. Reporting them to my insurance company. He didnt even address or mention the concern I had mentioned, twice. This is retail and nothing more.

I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH Dr. Crumpton and his staff!! I called this office to make to SURE that they are in my NETWORK! MY PPO, network. And they FLAT OUT LIED to me just to get me to come!!! Then I get a whopping bill for out of network benefits!!! Really!! Dr. Crumpton, thats how you like to conduct your business? ? I can not afford to pay for your lavish office!!! NP!! Be aware of this office!! They will say anything to get you to come in! And then comes the bill after. Then they tried to Upsell me on everything. Very disappointed!!! I will file a dispute with my dental insurance. Because I WAS LIED TOO!!! I just had a regular cleaning, exam. Train your staff to be honest!! And Clearly say " NO we are NOT IN Your NETWORK!!! SUPER- ANGRY!!!! J.A.M.

After seeing various dentists, I finally found Dr. Crumpton. I have been seeing Dr. Crumpton for the last five years. In that time, I have had a few fillings, regular cleanings as well as a crown. Dr. Crumpton and his staff have been a pleasure to work with. Dr. Crumpton goes out of his way to make sure you are 100% comfortable and the process is as painless as possible. I have never felt pressured into unnecessary expensive services and they have always made sure that the job is done to the highest standard possible. As a result of the high quality of care, my children, wife and now my mother see Dr. Crumpton as well. I highly recommend Dr. Crumpton to anyone looking for a dentist or a change in their dental care provider.

I have been a patient of Dr. Crumpton for several years. I moved 2 hours away and started having dental problems on both side of my mouth. I reluctantly tried a local dentist (with a great reputation) He thought I had all kinds of issues and wanted me to see me to a Endodontist . This specialist was going to charge me over 2 thousand dollars for root canals. I ran as fast as I could back to Dr. Crumpton. Long story short, all I needed was my bite adjusted. Dr. Crumpton is a gentle man. He makes me feel so relaxed and I know I am in good hands. He is at the top of his field. His whole office staff is wonderful. If you have a dentist phobia, he is the man that you need to see. I will NEVER go anywhere else again.
