Helped at first and provided medication for my depression that seemed to be working, but then my calls started to get ignored. They would not answer the phone and I need my prescriptions refilled. Since they never answered the phone to refill my prescription, I suffered terrible withdrawals symptoms. I stopped going there. Then to add insult to injury they start blowing my email and phone up months and months later. They were trying to tell me I owed them money, even though I didnt. I called them to straighten out the issue with my billing (I refused to pay) and they zeroed out my account and told me if I ever came back I would have to pay it. Even though my account has no payments that are needed on their "patient portal" I still constantly get calls from them to pay my bill THAT DOES NOT EXIST. One of the most annoying businesses Ive ever dealt with.

So grateful to have found Elite DNA Therapy Services right here in NAPLES! They even accept most insurances including several Medicaid plans. Janice is such warm and friendly receptionist on the phone and as you enter the office. She really made our "first impression" a GREAT one and she was especially good at making us feel welcome. Our nurse is Katie and she continues to demonstrate the knowledge, skills, understanding, and support that we need. She was even able to pinpoint the "right" medicine for my daughter and now she is a whole new girl!

Youve got to be kidding!! The first impression I got when I walked in was yuck. The carpeting in the waiting room was filthy. The receptionist threw an 11 page questionaire at me. If you come in depressed and overwhelmed to begin with, the questionnaire will put you over the edge. Very impersonal and clinical. Im an RN and know that first impressions of warmth and compassion can really make a huge impact on new clients and patients. I walked out, knowing that this place was just not right.

Its tough leaving reviews for medical establishments but I must warn people away from here. Inexperienced Doctors and revolving door staff coupled with terribly stupid "company policies" make this place a living nightmare. I have given them multiple ttys at redemption yet they continued to fail. I will be trying the Naples location hopefully they will be better at bedside manners and common courtesy.

The therapists are good! But the service is bad. Theyou neglected to tell me about 5 copays. Then went on to say I had to pay it all at once in order to receive treatment. I explained that information could not pay the amount they blindsided me with on the spot, but would pay it on my next visit. They declined me treatment, and did not reschedule me. Feelings aside, it was very unprofessional and rude.

Elite DNA provided me service for my daughter when no one else would see me or take my insurance. They have gotten me the care I have desperately needed for so long for my child. Fort the first time in many years, I have hope she will get the help she needs! This was life changing for my family, and I will be forever be grateful to the wonderful staff, therapists, and doctors at Elite DNA!!!

Classless, ignorant, RUDE staff. The receptionist literally just hung up the phone because she could not comprehend what I was saying. Her heavy accent lead me to believe she does not understand english. She did not speak English well. WTF!? Apparently the english language is not required for working at Walmart, or this place. What country is this again??

Waste of time, period!! Its disturbing to see places like this when your family really needs help. They rescheduled my first appointment three times! Sadly when I finally got in, my appointment was a worthless, waste of time. They clearly couldnt care any less to change their operations. Equivalent to David Lawrence.

The therapist are good but the staffs are horrible not professional at all when you call in advance or sign a release forms for medical records ect. There late on everything i called plenty of times the wait the hold up

The office staff is very rude and disrespectful one hung up on me and later discharged my son saying he missed appointments which was not true when they always rescheduling appointments
