As mentioned earlier, the intake call was a little awkward. I felt like the receptionist wasnt very personable, and possibly a bit condescending. I am open to the idea that I read her the wrong way, and may still try Cornerstone for my kiddo. Still actively searching for other possibilities though. Its important that people who are looking for counseling are well-received, as typically it is a need induced by difficult life circumstances. You never know what the person on the other end of the line is dealing with.

Awesome receptionists and staff. The process of getting paired with the right counselor was easy and its a great fit for my kids! We are so thankful for Cornerstone and what they have done for our family. Been with them for years and I highly recommend them!
