They mislead about insurance coverage. When calling to schedule an appointment, they will tell you the provider is covered by your insurance. When you arrive you will bet a paper telling you that you need to verify insurance coverage- how is getting this on the day of the appointment helpful? When you find out later that your insurance does not cover the visit, they will tell you it was your fault that you were informed to verify insurance!! And they want you to fill in a form with your credit card information so they can directly bill your credit card! Tell me why anyone would go to an appointment not covered by insurance that they cannot afford and waste their time when they will need to make another appointment with another provider that is covered by insurance. Esp scary as this appointment was for someone with serious issues that need to be addressed.

The doctors nor the staff at this place dont care about their clients/patients. They are also so inept at communication its almost laughable. Places like this are a disgrace to the already terrible mental health services provided in this country.
