The wait time to see a pediatrician is waaaay too long, especially if you have an infant. Plus the smoked window at the front is a bit extreme and non personable! I feel they need to just at least fill the rooms as swiftly as possible, even if the wait is long in the room, its a bit easier to nurse and calm my baby in a private room than in a Lobby full of other impatient and crying infants. Ive always designated 2 hrs hie and take for doc appts but waiting that long with a newborn seems like eternity and I feel no pediatrician office should work so slowly considering there are babies and small children that need to be seen. Also, the young man at the front needs to be more friendly. Anybody working with children should have a heart, I dont care if you are not interacting directly with them, be a bit more courteous and thorough, he never asked for my discharge papers being that it was my first visit and with all that was going on it totally slipped my mind and my baby ended up getting his hep1 shot twice. I was in recovery and the father was with the baby when he recieved it in the hospital and I recall him telling me, but between the morphin shot and nursing a lot was in the air. I partially blame my memory too but its their job to obtain appropriate documentation for first time visitors am I right?

Dr Joseph has been my childrens physician for 19 years. My wife was his patient. I dont know where those people found those comments. Every doctors office has a waiting time, worse when you dont have an appointment. Doctors offices treat patients based on emergency and appointment. If I walk-in with my kids, I expect to wait. The staff is great. The service is excellent. The only thing I can agree with you guys is the amount of patient they schedule, especially in the morning. Sometimes, just one visit does not fully describe the character and the professionalism inside a Doctors office. Dr Rufus has the experience and he is one of the best pediatricians in Broward County.

Wow it is interesting how people can downgrade the reputation of a great Doctor. Listen people, if you dont have principles you cannot get things right in life. Dr Joseph has been my children pediatrician for a long time and I will never change him to another doctor. There are times when you have to wait a little longer (expected), especially without appointment. We all should understand that and it is the same to any other doctors office. The staff is great and I have nothing to complain about them.

I hate this office so so much. The service is very very poor. Lack of care for patients even worst this office is for children. Ive never even met this Dr.Joseph before. They leave you on hold for literally over 10 mins, you will be waiting over an hr for your appointment even if you have arrived before your time!! I hate this office and the staff!!! Thank God I got my child assigned somewhere else!!! Never will be back here again

I wish I could give no stars at all if that makes sense. You cant see the person youre speaking to at the front desk, because youre blocked by this security glass, so youre forced to bend down and speak through a small hole. even when you go to the bank that handles millions of $$$ you can see with who you are speaking. The guy behind the glass took advantage to be rude since he CANT be SEEN. I will never return there.

Long wait time all year round but back to school is the worst the staff is unprofessional and they were complaining about actually having to work. If you know that back to school is always busy then you should hire seasonal staff. They were complaining and threatening to turn people away because it was too much work for them to do. They did see everyone but they move with no rush and in no hurry with an attitude.

This is the worse place to take ur kid if they are sick, I just took my daughter to see the doctor because she was in so much pain and all the workers act as if we were invisible, then the Guy at the front just turn around and told we are not seein anybody else while there were only two pple waiting &my daughter was lyin on the seats so dam heartless these pple

Horrible service. Everytime I go there the staff are extremely rude. They get upset when they have to do their job. I would not recommend anyone to go to this doctors office.
