I would definitely not see Dr. "D" as they call him, if you go there. He had no bedside manner, was extremely condescending to me, etc. I came from New York to live here in Florida. This was the first doctor i saw since I have been here regarding my Fibromyalgia, and other problems. He talked to me like my doctors in New York didnt know what they were talking about. He also didnt want to prescribe the meds that I have been taking for over 2 years. When I asked him why, he told me he would mark in his chart that I am not listening to what he is saying and dont care for his doctor code of ethics. Also, when he supposedly listened to my left lung... he told me that I probably have either cancer or pneumonia. Now who tells a previous cancer patient that?????? I was not impressed. I do not know how Dr. Busch is with his patients, but DO NOT go to Dr. D. I have never been talked to like that by any doctor i have ever seen.... Not impressed and will not go back!!

I will never go back. If your fortunate to see Dr Busch the visit is good. He listens. BUT, it is difficult to see him, even when you make an appt with him, its are to see him. on one occasion, he was there but left before he saw me. Office staff are not professional. poor communication. NPs are really bad and dont listen. They had the wrong dose for a medication I needed a refill on, I told the NP and she said it was in the computer so it was good. I told her I provided the information in error and knew it was wrong. She didnt care and called in the refill at a higher dose. Worst, I went to another MD and called for my records. Said I would drive-up and pick them up. Told they would send all test results to new doc and had done so as we were talking.... nothing was ever sent.

Although Dr. Busch may be amazing, his front office person is horrible. If I had to choose a doctor based on my impression of the front desk staff, I would turn around and walk out. She is rude and dismissive, acts as though shes being inconvenienced when someone walks to the window and has not smiled one time that Ive been in the office. Add to that, their phone system is being "upgraded" apparently and not only can you NOT get through when you call, they say on their voicemail message that they will return calls within 48 hours. This is a Rheumatology practice, an active Physicians practice and they are supposed to return calls within 24 hours. They are also supposed to have an active phone system. They clearly have neither.

I have been going to Dr. Busch and his associates for over a decade. The Dr.s,NPs and office staff are above reproach. They have always treated me with respect, compassion and like a real person not a number. I live in Pt. St. Lucie and it is a 45 minute drive one way, but totally worth every minute and mile. The only area that I would say is a problem is the time it takes to have return calls, but they have recently put in a system that works much faster. If you want expert and honest care I highly recommend Dr. Howard Busch and company. Cheri Allen

I would not recommend this practice to anyone because I was not treated respectfully and I was disrespected by one of the DOCTORS.I am still traumatized by the unprofessional treatment that I received during my last visit. No one deserves to be ridiculed and mocked by a DOCTOR.

This physician, his associates, and his entire staff are SUPERB!! They are the Rheumatologists with not only the latest treatment, but willing to go the extra mile in securing funding for the extremely expensive drugs used in arthritis management today.

Dr. Busch is the only doctor in the last ten years who finally gave me a diagnosis and treatment plan. The NP Rachel is brilliant and very compassionate. I am so grateful I was lead to this practice. Highly recommend!!

Awesome Doctor. 2 offices with great people at both. Collection dept. Not always nice but other than that they are knowledgeable and good at diagnosing illnesses missed by other Drs.

Dr. .Dehghanpisheh , a demeaning ,callous CREEP. ABSOLUTELY horrendous. A physician is supposed to be caring and compassionate. He is anything BUT that.
