I visited this doctor for a bacterial infection. The staff initially denied my insurance after I waited over an hour in misery - so I had to wrangle with my insurance provider to have a doctor at her location assigned to me through my plan (it was not even this doctor because she was not in my "network," but that did not matter to the staff, as long as it was a doctor in their office). Finally, I was admitted and the doctors assistant took my vital signs; however, as was later pointed out by the doctor herself, the assistant forgot to take my blood pressure. Then I waited for the doctor another 45 min. in a small, claustrophobic room, now feeling even more miserable. The doctor saw me for about 15 min., took a cursory look at me and proceeded to prescribe 10 tablets of Levofloxacin. She was pleasant once she finally arrived, and I would have refrained from grumbling about all this if it were the end of the story; however, I was later notified that my insurance provider was billed $224.00 for the visit, of which I have to pay about half out-of-pocket (not to mention the co-pay for the meds). Thats just too steep for someone who already pays a hefty premium every month - especially coming from a doctor who complained to me that the data entry took longer than the actual visit. The worst part of it is that, when the 10 tablets ran out, both I and my pharmacist attempted to contact her office several times to try to refill the prescription... no reply from her office for over a week, until the urgency had already receded - then, only a denial from her office, stating that I must schedule another visit if more medication is necessary. A healthcare nightmare!! If I ran my own business this way, I would be blacklisted by my clients and my colleagues alike. I was required to give it at least one star in order to post this review, but that was one too many.

DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE YOU WILL REGRET IT!!! YOU WILL DIE WAITING FOR THIS HORRIBLE DOCTOR/STAFF!!!! IM DONE WITH THIS OFFICE I CALLED MY INSURANCE TODAY AND CHANGED MY PCP YOU SHOULD DO THE SAME!! Everyone in the office are EXTREMELY rude, INCOMPETENT, UNORGANIZED they lost my husband test results that he did OVER A MONTH AGO! When you call to make an appointment or get test results or just about ANYTHING there is never any answer and if by any miracle you do get a person and not a machine or voice mail they put you on hold for 15 minutes or over and then hang up. When I requested a referral they told me it would be ready for pick up in 3-5 business days I gave it 7 to be on the safe side and of course they NEVER BEGAN THE PROCESS TO REQUEST MY REFERRAL I HAD TO RESCHEDULE ALL MY APPOINTMENTS! My husband had a ct scan done OVER A MONTH AGO which in the location where he got the test done they gave him a cd right then and there told him the doc. will have his results in 3 business days. For a month he called and called left several voicemails NO CALL BACK he went into the office no one wanted to help him until he made a scene and was told they cannot find his results anywhere and need him to do ANOTHER CT SCAN! This was last week, the imaging center called us to verify the appt and check on the authorization to my ins to see if it came back I contacted them and they never sent anything to my ins. It is just ridiculous the people who become doctors who doesnt care about anyone but their check she doesnt even spend time with you she rushes you to get out does not explain anything their just a horrible office. NEVER AGAIN!

I could give it a NEGATIVE 5 STAR if I could. I could not agree more with all the comments below. The staff is so uneducated, waste of money and time, unprofessional, LAZY, inconsiderate, and EXTREMELY unorganized! Our family has been coming here for years and not until recently that we start to have problems with this office. I never wrote a review on google before but I just couldnt hold it anymore. My little sister needed a physical for her new school. I called the office and Dr. Ziton refuses to do any physical until October (mind you school starts in August). Ok fine no problem. I then call her insurance to change her PCP. The new doctor and the new school both request immunization record from Dr. Ziton. The staff keep putting me on hold and hanging up my calls every time I call. My dad had to stop by 2 times just for the STUPID staff to tell him to go home because they could not find my sisters record or the doctor is not there and the doctor has to sign a release consent or they dont understand what we were talking about or whatever other reason they can come up with. Unless you want to be MISDIAGNOSED ( one time Dr. Gupta told my sister that she was constipated when IN FACT she was suffering from severe stomach pain caused by high acidic level in her stomach), deal with ignorant uneducated people, waste your money and time, THEN PLEASE DO YOU AND YOUR FAMILY A FAVOR AND DO NOT COME HERE!!! THERES PLENTY OF OTHER GOOD DOCTOR AROUND!!

I really wish I can give a negative star. Ive been to this office one time and my first time there I had to wait to be seen three hours after my appointment time "Yes 3 hours" if I wouldnt have said anything they wouldnt have seen me ! So I go to get my blood work done and I call back from my results after waiting for two weeks I call the office again they left me on hold for over 20 minutes. So I called back and one of the assistance in the office was completely rude after I explained to her that I couldnt hold any longer I was already on hold for over 20 minutes and she completely curses me out and she hangs up on me after telling me I had no choice so wait!!! So I call back again third time calling back after she rudely hung up ..! So another assistant tells me that the person who does the blood work test results is Vanessa and she can only get back to me when she is not busy .. so I told her that I want to come into the office .. still I got no results so if youre looking for a clinic to go to dont go to this one !!! Never have I ever been treated so badly at a clinic !!

This office has the worst customer service. Youre either on hold forever or waiting on hold forever. No one goes the extra mile to assist patients. Dr Guptas medical s assistant never return calls or follow up about lab results. Dr Gupta wrote me a referral to get labs and never signed it, I was never told I needed to fast for it. They ordered me vitamin D test for an infant which cause my lab visit to be a longer wait. She also wrote me the wrong rx and never requested a specific test she agreed she would. follow up on. I will only see Dr Laura Ziton going forward. Shes the only reason why I attend this facility because shes an excellent doctor. Unfortunately, the doctors have no control over the poor office staff so you have to make sure u write down names and email or call office manager :-[ :-[ :-[ :-[ :-[ :-[ :-[ :-[
