Nothing at all. I sent a request for release of medical documents back in June since they have monopolized the "safe keeping" of our medical records and I called several times since I faxed the request and left several messages and never once heard back from them in reference to the status of my request. Obviously it is now August 3rd and I sent the request mid June. I feel sorry for the people that have to go there for medical care considering the lack of care presented when requesting simple records.

My spouse is a retired Navy Master Chief (20+ years) We have used the facilities at IACH since his retirement in 2001. Most everyone has been very helpful. I have been admitted twice and been treatd with professionalism and respect. The only issue i have ever had has been with some of the contracted providers. All the active duty personnel are wonderful. It is hard at times to get an appointment with my provider but no worse than in the civilian systems. Over all I am very glad we have this facility.

Great staff. Confusing hallways though. Clean and the information desk clerk is of great help. Special thanks to Brent at the pharmacy. I came from texas and i was not able to have my meds filled before i came here, so after a long week of getting the run around from everyone Brent helped me do what needed to be done and gave me 3 days worth of meds for the weekend so i can see someone at the clinics on monday. Thank you so much for making my headache of a trip less stressful!

Worst experience with Army medical care that Ive had in 9 years of active duty and 4 differently duty locations. The long line at the ER, poor customer service from providers, PCMs that do not respond to patients and go on leave without referring patients to other providers. To MRI techs and Radiologists that cancel appointments because apparently they have a crystal ball and can forecast injuries and provide treatment.

Took 1.5 year old daughter to ER because she had a bruise on her ear. Wasnt sure if she bumped into something while playing or if it was a spider bite. The staff made me feel as if I did it, and then they reported me CPS for suspected child abuse!!! I was investigated and had to take her to get multiple x-rays. Of course it was completely unfounded!!! Absolute worst and most humiliating experience ever!!

They told my husband to wait while they prepend me for and emergency cesarean, they forgot about him and he almost missed the birth. After having my son I was given so many meds I started to halusenat. So I thought is was a little strange that one of the nursing staff kept pushing me to try to beast feed. I have had several problems with this hospital thats just a few.

20 years on active duty and 7 years so far retired and this is by far the worst military medical hospital I have ever encountered. The staff are rude or disinterested and the doctors are all about getting you in and out as fast as possible without any care for the person they are treating. The dental clinic is by far the absolutely worst.

I was with a family member recently for a birth and it was a very positive service. The L&D nurse Jessica was amazing and true gem! The room and facility was clean and it was relaxing. Yes, the hospital is old but they have done a great job at keeping it clean. The experience was positive and we have a healthy baby in the family.

The hospital is a convoluted maze where its hard to even find the elevators. They also require you to go to a 2 hour briefing before you can schedule your first pregnancy appointment. The Army seems to do everything the hardest way, as every Air Force hospital is better than this place.

Just found out today 8/8/2017 commander Bass has capped retiree + Medicare as of end Dec 2016 from signing up for Tricare Plus. I signed up in Nov 2016 but my Medicare became effective 1 Jan 2017 so I am not eligible. I am sure it has a lot to do with Hospital to clinic.

I was misdiagnosed and mistreated while I was a patient here. I couldnt get in contact with the doctor who worked here, and whenever I called and they didnt have an answer, the staff here transferred calls many times.

The OB/GYN told a 27 year old (me at the time) she was too fat and too old to have more children, so I now have three wonderful daughters. My oldest one was born here.

Made an appointment. Showed up on time. Told when I got there they only do 20 minute time slots to be seen. No physical evaluation at all. Wasted 3 hours driving.

Worst hospital ever! They dont follow up with any of the test they run. They can not get my name right and dont even get me started on the appointment system!
