After speaking with someone from the radiology scheduling department I was very disappointed in the attitude of the woman I spoke with. She acted as if she did not care and had a very poor attitude. She did not want to help me nor did she seem like she had a care in the world for her job. I wont mention any names, but If I were running a facility as such I would hire some folks that have better attitudes and care about their job and their patients. I will make sure to never use this facility again. That was absolutely ridiculous!!

Very pleased with the nurses and doctors. Billing, well they are absolutely clueless!!!! I have called several times to clear up bills and 8/10 times they do not know what charges I am talking about. Even with acct #s!! Arrrgg! So they send you directly to collections!!!! They also bill you for what your insurance will not pay, not your percentage, ALL of it. Even the part they are supposed to write off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I choose never to go to Russell unless my life depends on it!

The nurses and techs we had were absolutely wonderful and pleasant. That is all I can say positive about this hospital. Specialists were called in but never showed up. Got discharged after a week only to be admitted into a different hospital within an hour after seeing a different ent. I feel extremely let down by the doctors and their poor care.
