Hi Everyone. Lansdale Family Dentistry is the best family dentist in town. My Mother has been going there about two years. The staff is very friendly and they treat my Mom like she is a part of their family. Moreover, My Mother can’t speak English but they are very nice, very patience when they talk and listen from her. They help us understand what we should do and what paper work we should get ready for the insurance. I love been there with them because they really make me feel comfortable and trust in their services. They are the inspiration for me to become a hygienist student at MCC3 College. Last Friday was my first time at Lansdale Family Dentistry as a student who wants to learn and see how to become a great hygienist like them. At first, I was shadowing Elaine Stark, RDH; she is one of their best hygienist with more than 25 years of experiences. She spent time explaining and showing me many different aspects of the hygiene in dentistry. I was surprise how serious they take on each patient. They have zero mistakes on writing clinical notes, sterilizing the room and instruments and much more. They don’t wants their patient just feel happy but get better and healthy too. After the great time shadowed I was met Priya Bhut, the office manager. She was very informative and kind. She was not just helping me but many other patients who waiting for there appointment. If you don’t understand something or if you want to know how the insurance and discount options work for you Priya will be happy to help you right the ways. After at, I am convince by the great straightforwardness and I believe that everyone will feel the same. My Mom and I will highly recommend Lansdale Family Dentistry to everyone. Let come and be a part of “family”.

On September 16 2015,I was given a last minuet appointment after calling the day before to have a broken tooth checked and fixed.My appointment was squeezed into a very busy time slot at 12:15 PM,which is also the lunch hour of most other Dental Practices,but not at Lansdale Family Dentistry.I arrived at 12:05 PM and only waited 3 minuets before I was seen.Doctor B and her Tech assistant Lauren were very Professional and Compassionate the entire time and were very cognizant of my pain levels before and after Novicane was administered.Doctor B said a new filling and a Cap were needed to properly repair and save my tooth.I told Dr B that I would not be able to Pay for a Cap because I was on Medical Leave from work and was only receiving 70% of my Salary until I was able to return to full time active duty.Dr B discussed my situation with the Manager Priya Bhut,who then explained that Lansdale Family Denistry had Discount Options and Insurance Friendly Plans already in place for Patients who are experiencing monitary hardships like I am.Im recovering from recent Major Back Surgery and just turned 56 years old and during my healing process and Life Changes,I decided that Humility and Pride will never Rule my Life again.Lansdale Family Denistry opened their Hearts and never once made me feel embarrassed or uncomfortable.This was only my fifth or sixth visit in 1 1/2 years,but I was still treated like I was going there my whole life.Every single person who works there"Always "treats me like a Friend!!!

I had an appointment for a broken tooth on 7/22/2015. After having years and years of experience with dentists,( having teeth that no matter how good I took care of them always needed a lot of work ) I have to say that this was one of the best experiences Ive had from beginning to end. The staff, all of them, were awesome! Dr. "B" short for Balasubramanian was wonderful, she took the time to explain what needed to be done, LISTENED to my concerns and confidently and expertly did the work. She has a wonderful down to earth personality. Her assistant Fi, was awesome, again after years of experience, I can say she is probably the most knowledgeable dental assistant Ive had with a wonderful personality! Last, but certainly not least was Priya, she explained so patiently the costs and insurance coverage. She really went above and beyond, shes so bright, knows this end of the business, and explains it so you can understand...they all did that. This was one awesome team. Too many times these days you feel like you are on an assembly line...no real connection....it was refreshing to leave this office, and trust they were doing what was in my best interest, in every way! My mom broke her tooth around 4pm on a Monday and we called their sister office they couldnt fit her in but helped get her into Lansdale Family Dentistry. We arrived, they made her comfortable which isnt easy because she doesnt like dentist in the least bit. Usually she needs nitrous for them to even touch her mouth but since they were so gentle and caring she didnt need to pay that extra money (which they assured her she really didnt need, a dentist not wanting a patient to spend more money unheard of!). After her appointment she said they were the best dentist she had ever been too. Also they gave her prices for all her options for future work that she needs. Im impressed because my mother would never stay long enough to get prices on future work. Also all the receptionist were super nice and helpful, which in my experience is rare.

This was my first appointment at Lansdale Family Dentistry and it was a good first experience. The whole building was just recently update with both dental technology and normal things like new countertops and dentist chairs; it looks really nice and clean. The receptionist Priya was very friendly and clearly communicated to me about my insurance coverage and making appointments. Elaine was my dental hygienist who talked me through everything she was about to do so there was no surprises. She also told me several helpful things about dental care. She was very personal and made the not-so- exciting experience of a dentist appointment not bad at all. She did a really good job on my teeth and was not too rough. All around the staff were very informative and kind; I plan on coming back in the future. Thanks.

Just completed full mouth laser therapy called LANAP at Lansdale Family Dentistry. A couple months ago, I realized my gums were bleeding a lot and so I scheduled a visit at Lansdale Family Dentistry. After consulting with Dr. Dudhat at my first visit, I realized that LANAP was the best option for my periodontal conditions. He went over every detail of the procedure and showed me videos on how the procedure works. The front desk worked out a financing plan for me so I could afford LANAP. Since it was laser therapy I basically had no pain. I cannot believe how quickly I healed and how nice Dr. Dudhat and his staff were to call me and follow up over the weekend.

My visit with Lansdale Family Dentistry was amazing like always! The amount of energy Dr. Dudhat brings at each visit calms me down every time. Hes so skilled and gentle and makes me feel more like family not just a patient. He pays attentions to all my concerns and comforts me. Ive never been more confident in my smile now that I have the best looking and feeling Implants thanks to Dr. Dudhat. My treatment took a few visits, but I didnt mind because each time Dr. Dudhat provided the best care and the staff even called me to follow up each time. Dr. Dudhat did a great job with my Implants and everyone cared so much. I would recommend this office to everyone
