Horrible horrible service, They had nothing ready on their end for an appointment we set up over a month ago, (Cleared with insurance and with childs primary doctor) Argued with us over insurance to the point where we had to call the insurance company and have them speak person to person with them. After insurance telling them what to do they STILL couldnt figure it out. Young lady behind counter kept rolling her eyes and catching attitude. My 1 year old had to wait for over an hour, so naturally he went to the bathroom in his diaper like babies do. When we asked to change him in the back they told us wed have to use the waiting room.... which was full of people... Would not let us use to back to change our son. Fast forward over an hour and they STILL couldnt figure out insurance AGAIN so we ended up just leaving, they tried to tell us they would charge us anyway. Which is not going to happen. I would love to comment on how their dentistry practice is but we didnt even get through the lobby due to the overall incompetence. I would love to speak to an office manager. We had to take a day off of work and for what?

Edit: The office just called to go over my "treatment plan" and claimed I was reviewing the wrong company. I think their yelp reviews speak for themselves. I agree with what another reviewer said about scamming people into doing unnecessary work. I went for cleaning and they told me I had 7 cavities and needed to get my wisdom teeth out. The woman that did my x-rays couldnt seem to get the angle right and had to keep re-taking them. I went to another dentist, didnt mention anything about the cavities or wisdom teeth...apparently I only have 3 cavities that are rather small and my wisdom teeth dont need to come out. The new dentist even showed me the x-rays and compared them to what other cavities and wisdom teeth look like on other x-rays.

I am a noob

Was skeptical at first about how many visits and how much time it would take to get my teeth done, but they have been calling me just about weekly to come in for another setting and the nexts steps! They are getting me done very fast. Also before my extractions were done and I had major tooth pain but they couldnt pull it due to the infection, but they still brought me in on a emergency visit gave me a antibiotic and even numbed the pain for me to get a little relief for a while. Couldnt ask for a better expereince. Even when i missed their call for an appointment as soon as I called they got me in THAT DAY. I will update after my whole experience is complete. I think 2 more Appointmens.

The dentist here are amazing, they do such a great job and the staff is very friendly. Dr Mohammadh and Dr Pitchika are also very nice and great at their craft! I would recommend them to anyone! ❤️
