Good and bad. Arrived for my 1:15 appointment at 1:10 and did not get seen until 3pm. Although I had the luxury of watching at least 7 patients come in after me, wait 5 minutes, get called back, and was out the door and I was still waiting to be seen. I asked the staff a few times what was going on and the first 3 told me I was next as if to insult my intelligence like I did not see the patient who just walked in the door get called before me. An hour later It took the 4th staff member to explain to me that one doctor was new and she was thorough so that was the doctor I was scheduled for although I didnt specify a preference. They explained that the other patients were seeing a doctor who was getting the patients in and out in 5 minutes. Although the doctor I saw was excellent it would seem that you would rotate your patients according to what time appointments were scheduled instead of filling up one doctors list before starting the next in this setting. I would think that ALL patients would receive the same care in a medical office. But apparently at this location even the staff sees nothing wrong with admitting there is good doctors and bad doctors at this place.

Only went there because my family doctor moved there stopped going when the lady giving babies needles was high as hell...then with the dentists they kept xraying me but not really looking at the results well until I noticed something was wrong n pointed it out. Then had to go to a dental surgeon because I had serious problems with my wisdom teeth then was told they would contact me I waited awhile no one called so I called and had it taken care of...plus if u havent been there for 6 months they always want to xray you dont let them.they dont have a clue what they are doing..

Never go to this place they make you wait 5 hours and take you to different room than than make you wait one more hour than take you to the back and wait 2 more hours the doctor comes and see you than the doctor tell you they will be back in 5 mins 30 mins later they come in and do what you ask they send you on your mary way

They never follow through with things. They order tests without giving results. Refer patients to outside doctors who are either out of town or on vacation. My nephew lost a testicle due to their incompetence.
