Went thru the er...that wasnt so bad...when my boyfriend was admitted and taken to his room, he was not given a gown to change into. He slept in his jeans all night. He finally got a gown at 10 am . The room was dirty..loose dirt on the floor and it needed washed. Housekeeping came in..emptied the trash can and left. The bathroom was just as dirty. He has a open sore infection on his foot...I pray it doesnt get worse from being there. He was to have a scan on his foot to see if the infection was in the bone. The intern seemed as if he had no clue how the procedure was done! We left and went to Temple where we know it is clean and the drs know their stuff! Shame it used to be nice there. Never again!

Made us wait for 5 hrs, rushed to urgent care because they refused to see my brother and had to call an ambulance because it was so serious. Should have called 911 from the emergency room. This is why people die in waiting rooms. They were extremely rude and said we could leave but they would bill us for waiting and they would not take his insurance because they wanted to bill him personally. They wouldnt even look at the card. They said it doesnt matter if he has insurance for this bill because they want to bill the person not the insurance.

I dont remember even being the er. I woke up on the regular floor. They told me that I was not allowed out of my bed because I was a fall risk so I had to use the bed pan. It sometimes took 15 minutes for someone to come help me. By this time I have already wet the bed. I never got my meds until I was ready to get discharged. So no I will not be using this hospital again. I will go to at.Marys instead

Mother had surgery today and no one even called to let me know thank god I called she was already in for 1 hour she broke her hip smch.

I have been to the Red Lion Road twice so far and have had good experience both times little to no wait time very nice staff.

Had a 130pm appt. Wasnt seen by doctor for over 2 1/2 hrs. The place wasnt even crowded.
