The worst of the worst , i put off my appointments specifically because i am afriad of ehats goingto happen there. I dont have a dentist so im kinda left with them as my only choice . But if never fails 3 out of 3 times ive been there they send me off with more pain i came in with and refuses to give me anything for it . You cant fake an exposed never because they see it bright as day (it was what they went to school for) but they either poke it to see how I react to it or the make me bite on metal to get xrays. Im a tough man and can handle alot of different levels of pain but a toothache is a new world . I was basically in tears in the chair after i had to bite down on a stick for them to do xrays . Expressing to my dentist that i have not gotten sleep or eaten in about a week in a half . Oh & that they just put me in a lot of pain by making me do that . They only response i get is " oh im sorry , im gonna give you some antibiotics " ..... "my response is " could you give me something to help me with the pain and so i can sleep soon instead of passing out from exhaustion?" This lady had the nerve to say "oh we dont like to gove out meds unless its absolutely called for ".... pardon my language but what the hell !!! Anyone who has suffered a toothache knows the levels it can reach and that its one of the most unbareable pains anyone can go thru . But apparently thats not necessary enough. So i get sent pf with some antibiotics and about 3 times more paon then i had when i came here . Every single time i go here i leave in way more pain . Complete Care is Incomplete! The paraprofessional I saw for my condition "wasnt sure" if it was this or that. I explained my health history - that should have given this person a clue! It didnt! This person was only interested in ordering tests that werent applicable to my case because this person was, for lack of another word, "specialist" in that area for this site. The ONE TEST that was applicable wasnt ordered!! I was given a script for a medication that wasnt necessary! The following day I called to discuss my concerns about this person with the site supervisor. I AM STILL WAITING FOR A CALL BACK FROM ANNA at Ext 1xx5! Update 6/26/17 STILL WAITING FIR CALL BACK. Attempted to speak with a triage nurse, was in TERMINAL HOLD for 15 min. The best you get Id a message that someone will respond within 24-48 business hours! The dentist and dental staff I saw last August were great. No complaints! The medical staff, not so much. The rest of the staff is friendly, but needs to loosen up a bit and relax. Have a bit of a sense of humor! Initially, I gave it two stars, Im down to one.

Im a patient and so are my family members. I strongly feel completecare is a great place to go for many reasons: 1) they have almost everything under ONE roof. 2) they try their best to help you in your time of need. 3) they call you to remind you of your appointments. 4) they assist you when youre in need of medical/dental help, even if you dont have medical insurance. The hours are great for those that work during the day. Sadly we need more Drs like Obara only cause she really hears you and understand your pain. I really wish they would hire a Neurologist for those with muscle disorders or nerves, but, regardless, Completecare deserves credit for their staff and their hard work. God Bless each of them!

Hi Im Francina Jones. I went to Complete Care for a broken filling. The hygienist was very unprofessional as he left my tooth as rough as sandpaper! It is nowhere near as smooth as the rest of my teeth. I had another tooth done years back and for the exact same procedure, the tooth is so smooth that you cannot tell which one was repaired! Not only that but, when he was finished he walked out of the room without saying a word. Ill nevery go there again, he is horrible and Im reporting this to my insurance company!!

horrible due to the terrible job the dental hygienist did on my mouth as well on my daughter I have to had a lot of work done on my teeth actually even semi surgery as they grinded my teeth to the point of loosing some Im in the process of filing a law suit against the facility please please dont go here for dental care the front end people r great sorry for them but the hygienist is surely not a professional nor I feel like she had enough experience to b working with patience right now I cant speak due to this

I called to make an appointment after holding for a couple minutes someone picks up the line didnt say hello or anything and continued to have a conversation amongst the staff. I could hear them talk about other appointments, macaroni salad, what time they were getting off and what not, while their conversation kept going on I waited I few minutes to see if they would ask what I needed but no instead I was placed on hold again! Same thing happened 3 times!!! Very unprofessional staff to say the least.

I just got home from CompleteCare in Vineland & wanted to share my experience. I had an infected tooth extracted by Dr. Bilotta. I was scared to death when I first got there, but he & his assistant made me feel more at ease. Once I got past the needles, I was fine. Everyone there is friendly & professional. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of dental care. Thank you All!

sitting here now i was a few mins late due to traffic and now i cant be seen by the doctor. its absolutely ridiculous. the receptionists have absolutely no customer service experience whatsoever. they suck and so does their attitudes

My mom did not get what she needed to be done because the doctors somehow did not have the equipment for reading an ultrasound on a CD. Isnt that crazy?
