The day of my appointment was the first time I had seen a gynecologist in over THREE years. I made them aware of this and that I needed my nexplanon replaced. I was taken back by the OFFICE MANAGER who performed a pregnancy test, then put me in a room with no gown or any further directions. Maxime G. Moise, M.D Is the "doctor " that came in, he immediately made me feel comfortable as he walked in the room laughing. Introduced himself while laughing asked me why I was here, how old am I all while laughing , I had no clue what this guy was doing. I proceeded to inform him I hadnt had a Pap smear in over 3 years, he told me he isnt required to give me an exam or Pap smear for 5 years, so I could make an appointment and come back in 2 years for that, he said. I dont think thats true however I proceed to tell him I think my birth control has ran out and its time to be replaced. His response was "well where is the birth control running too?" I was getting fed up with his unprofessional actions, ignoring all of the comments he was making. I asked him the results of that pregnancy test and his reply was "its still walking" by then I thought this man was under the influence , and I was extremely uncomfortable. I got a bit of an attitude and he left the room, that office manager came to get me and tried making me another appointment I said absolutely NOT. THE VERY NEXT DAY, the office contacted me asking me if I wanted to make an appointment I informed them that I was in on the previous day, why are the calling me and that I would never come back there. They told me they had zero records of me ever being there. Worst experience I have ever had at any kind of medical office.

Wow very disappointed on the personal treatment they provide you. I am having my first child and my doctor had zero interest getting to know me or my needs and has yet asked about my preference in birth plan. Each appointment I had. I had to wait over 20 mins and each time I actually met with my doc was to hear the heart beat and do you have any questions then shes out the door literally two minutes then she leaves. I have not been informed on anything about what I can do for my self my child or health my personal health issues. She just wants out of the room as fast as possible. Every woman needs a promising relationship with her doctor especially during pregnancy DO NOT EXPECT IT HERE!

Very poor/rushed bedside manor, and prejudice staff!! The provider who did my exam sent me to have an ultrasound, which 2 months later I had to go to the imaging facility for results, which were abnormal!!! The office never called or followed up with me at all. The only interest they had was getting me in and out as soon as possible. The office manager @ DelMed asked to speak with me before I left abut the service, and while interviewing me made complaints about a Jehovahs Witness employee they had recently lost and how glad she was, because that meant they could finally have Christmas parties! Horrible, horrible, horrible.

I had no health insurance when I found out I was expecting. I paid for my appointment and ultrasound out of my pocket. I was due for my monthly appointment 4 days before my insurance was going to start. I asked to switch my appointment to a few days later and the lady who scheduled appointments said no. Well that made me switch to Bayside Health and I have no regrets. They were great and very informative, which is very important for a first time mom!!

I only went once and NEVER went back. Dirty office, rude staff. Doctor was so rushed she could have cared less about my questions. Im in medicine and there was NO bedside manner. I didnt receive good treatment and felt so uncomfortable I made another appointment with Bayside health. It could have been life saving as abnormal pap results lead to a procedure to prevent precancerous cells from turning into cervical cancer. Dont go here!!!!

Delmed Health is managed very well. I have short wait times here and the staff here is very professional and make me feel like a valued patient. Dr. Arnolds is by far the best doctor Ive had. She listens to every concern I have and doesnt make me feel like she is rushing to get me out the door. I have never had a problem with this doctor and I have been a patient since 2010. I would recommend this doctors office to anyone.

Some of the Staff was on point but had one who didnt get my paper work right had long wait. But when i got ti see Dr.Arnold was worth the wait I could see the concern in her face. She made sure I understood what was going on and my choices I felt alot better noing what was going on and had some one finally who cared looked at me as a pereson not a patient. thank You Dr. Arnold

Very long waits, front desk is unreliable I havent seen all the doctors but Dr Arnolds is great makes you feel very comfortable shes the only reason why I continue to go there Dr Moise very rude told me I was a child having a child and makes your concerns seem not important. If you call after hours it takes someone over 2 hours to return your call

I have gone here for years and just had my first baby. Dr. Arnolds and Dr. Nukana are wonderful, made me feel comfortable through the whole process. I couldnt have asked for better care and a better labor. Dr. Moise also monitored me and the baby when I had an emergency; he was very caring during my visit.

Dr Arnolds is by far the most caring, sincere doctor Ive ever been seen by. She has great bed side manner and just an overall wonderful personality. I am so glad I made the switch to this office. Front desk staff are also welcoming and kind :)
