These people do not recognize that citizens have jobs and lives to take care of. They post hours which are a total lie. If you go at 8 AM even if you are the first person, you will not get seen by a nurse until almost 9:30am. They claim to be open until 7 PM. When you arrive the sign says they close at 6:30. And even at 5:30 PM they will turn you away and say "go away, come back tomorrow". I think these people have worked here for way too long, and they are completely jaded to the fact that human beings have lives. Plan on spending 3 or 4 hours, for a visit that should only take 45 minutes. The workers themselves were knowledgeable and helpful. But the system they have created is just ridiculous. If they were serious about helping people, they would get you in and out in an hour, or at least they could take appointments.

The person who picked up my phone call did not show any customer service. He didnt greet me and worst of all he hung up as soon as I could when I thanked him for his service. Im just a teen looking for help this organization should be helping people like me but the receiptionist should not be a face of the organization!

I go every 3 months for a check up , I like it . Friendly , faster once you get back but sometimes theres a long wait .
