This place SUCKS ! Didnt want to even give one star they deserve no star if you ask me !!!! Dental department is horrible i went in 2 days ago as an "emergency walk in" sat there for 5 hours in unbearable pain for them to give a script for motrin i have decide to pull myself out of there completely they are unprofessional the whole time i was there i was crying due to the pain not a single person asked me if i was okay. Just because i have state insurance doesnt mean you can treat someone like that doesnt mean that im less than human. The medical staff downstairs are alright but, i now question everything about this place from this experience. Its safer for me to just find better doctors somewhere else.

The only reason why I gave Quality Healthcare 1 star is because of location I have been a patient of theirs on and off for 6 years today I finally ended that relationship with them I plan to contact the Better Business Bureau or health department or somebody because they are truly a joke theyre incompetent they are rude they waste hours of your time and I plan on never ever going back there if youre looking for a ghetto low class Health Clinic then you found the perfect place whats crazy is that I wrote another post 3 months ago regarding this place but that first time was about the dental its sad because they used to be pretty good at least the medical but now they can truly kiss my f****** ass

Went for dental on 2nd floor. Receptionist WILL NOT pick up calls in the morning since their too busy in the office. Two things for a referral: 1. Specialist Letter from primary dentist. 2. Signed Referral Letter from dentist Everyone else, doctors and nurses were all kind and accommodating. Receptionist, not so much. They dont pick up phone calls and seem to be afraid of answering questions, but thats how they learn... I was at a referred clinic for another appointment and tried to call this office and they put me in hold three times...almost an 1hr and 30 min. If you are dissatisfied with the service. Speak with the Office Manager.

Quality Community Health Care has been calling my cell phone OVER AND OVER for the last month trying to contact someone else. Each time, I tell the caller they have the wrong number (I have never been a patient here). It is the same girl each time. She never says a word, just hangs up. Then, a few days later - sometimes up to a week later - I get the same call. Someone named Tracy is missing their appointments because of Qualitys refusal to take my phone number off as a contact. I just had another call only a few minutes ago and finally blocked the phone number. Absolutely ridiculous!

This is a place where hope is the real currency. You wont ever find a real " free clinic" in the times we are living in. But QCHC uses a sliding scale system which is designed to be more affordable to the common person who is uninsured for any number of reasons. I respectfully ask that you give the staff the same treatment you would like to receive. I have no doubt if you smile , exercise some patience I wont go unnoticed and most times reciprocated. It doesnt cost a thing to be nice even when you do not feel it naturally and that is how they will respond at QCHC

Ehhhh , 1st time patient the wait in the waiting room was about 45min .I got called to the back the assistant was nice, after he left it i waited over AN HOUR for the doctor to finally come in. My 2nd visit on a different date i got called to the back the assistants was playing & talking about patients in the hallway

Im a regular pt @ meade. but I wanted to see the specialist so I had to come here. its so crowed theres no seats so pt have to stand. and they sign u in and cant spell so u may here your first name and wrong last name. I hope the specialist is worth this mess. never again will I come here.
