That Juug

Charged me 50$ for having to cancel an appointment due to a family emergency! Receptionist refuses to let reschedule another appointment until I pay 50$ for having to cancel! Front desk person is scamming people for money! Be careful going to this place!!!! The extra charge for cancellation is not explained during your 1st visit. Office staff are horrible and have no sense or understanding of customer service fundamentals! EVERYONE GO TO ASPEN DENTAL!!!! The service us much nicer and consistent!!!

I got up at 4:30 to make it to my 7am appointment, and they cancelled on me after 6:30. Ok, things happen, right? Well, on the date I rescheduled I was 9 minutes late & they wouldnt take me! Hows that for lousy customer service? Ive also overheard the office manager talking badly about a patient who was simply being a bit chatty. The dentist is nice enough but the office staff is unprofessional.

The doctor and the hygienist were amazing. They were kind and patient, and took their time to put me at ease. The front desk staff was welcoming and the billing staff went out of their way to find solutions for making certain I could make an affordable way forward in the treatment plan needed. Great experience for this dental chicken!

Fantastic! I put off seeing the dentist for a couple of years because of dental coverage and then I was a little bit embarrassed that I had let it go so long. They were so kind and didnt judge me at all. Very good and easy experience. I would highly recommend them and plan to keep current with them in the future!

This practice lives up to its name - the doctor and technicians are gentle and kind. They explained everything thoroughly and made it easy for me to know what was coming next. Ive avoided the dentist for years, but now that I have found this practice I will be going regularly. The office staff was very helpful, too.

The dentist is so kind and gentle. My husbands mouth was in horrible shape, but I have had a hard time getting him to go to the dentist in the past. She and her staff have worked very hard to make sure he feels comfortable while getting the care he needs. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this office to anyone.

Very nice people... BUT took my child for what I thought was decay on her two front teeth they told me it was just build up. Its worse now and it wasnt just build up it is decay another dentist is now taking care of her teeth! I dont trust this place now! They should have known decay when they seen it!

My whole family has been seen here. The Dentist is super nice and accommodating. I have a huge fear of needles and she was able to help me through the procedure. The staff was very helpful in addressing insurance/billing issues and I would recommend this place for your dental needs.

This is the only dentist office my son has ever gone to starting at about 4 & hes 13 now. The ladies there and Dr. always take great care of us & he doesnt even mind going to the dentist.. I think that says a lot!!!

If you are looking for a great dentist, I wouldnt recommend anyone but Dr Awad. She was very gentle with her injections and the experience was great! Her staff was also very professional and helpful.
