Signed up for Montclair Performance Health after seeing a flyer seeking potential clients in a free 30 days workshop in which a private coach will train/educate on 1) Physical exercise, 2) Nutrition diet, 3) Social life. After a phone consultation in which the coach was able to identify that I have no prior knowledge of any health concepts, I was admitted into the workshop. Week 1: Performance Coach met me at a local park where we went for a 1 mile run, 20 crunches, and 20 push ups. Coach was very informative in teaching the importance of exercising in maintaining a healthy strong body that would minimize the risk of disease such as osteoporosis. We then proceed to the local supermarket where I learned how to read nutritional labels which helped to identified some food that are good for my internal health and what are bad. Then we talked about my current social life and how often I go out, and engage in conversations with my friends and families. (More of a general understanding of where I stand) Week 2: Pretty much the same as week 1 but with more knowledge in the proper way of exercising (Stretch first, how to build up my endurance). More nutritional diet information in which the coach showed me the outcome of consuming mcdonalds everyday even though I have fast metabolism and the risks I would be involved with in later life such as atherosclerosis due to fatty acids building up in my artery. We then engaged in my social life in which I should try to speak to a stranger everyday to tackle my social anxiety. Week 3: More emphasis on physical exercise, diet and social life. Week 4: I am slowly developing a habit of physical exercise. I went from running 2 miles to 3 miles within 20 mins. I was able to learn the risks and rewards that would come from the food/drinks I consume everyday that would affect my homeostasis. I am feeling more confident in myself in speaking to others without worrying about what they think. Overall, this program was a huge dramatic change for me. This program was able to teach me a lot about my own body, myself and overall what im capable of. At the end of this program, I was taught a set of procedure that tackles my overall health through physical exercise to ensure my body physically stays strong, healthy diet that would make sure my internal organs stays healthy, and my mentality has gotten stronger in which I can freely socialize without having anxiety. I strongly recommend this program to everyone out there looking for a change in his or her life. This is a great program starter for individuals who have no prior knowledge of health concepts. I am going to continue this program to level 2 in which I will increase my physical exercise and work on my other mental issues.

I have two children, my youngest son is 10 years old and my oldest son is 15 years old. I have encouraged my children to be active but my youngest son is just not interested in playing any sports. On the other hand, my oldest son is on the soccer and basketball team at his high school. He always tries to motivate my youngest son to be active but it doesnt work.Unfortunately due to our family history, my children have a tendency to become obese and suffer health issues like type 2 diabetes and cardiovascular disease. I decided to look for a performance health center for my children around our area. I checked a few centers in my area and I wasnt satisfied in what they were offering. Until I came across Montclair Performance Health and Chiropractic. I was really impressed in how they manage their programs and the cost was very reasonable. This center provides professional health experts and sports coaches that really focus on the wellness of the children. All the staff I encountered were very friendly and attentive. They answered all my questions and gave me a tour of the facility. I love that they have program options of being in groups or working individually. Both of my children can join since they offer programs for children that are non-athletic to athletic children. Under the guidance of their wonderful staff, my youngest son could become motivated if he interacts with other children his age and my oldest son could improve his performance. I especially like that they focus on educating both the parent and child in fitness and nutrition. I believe this performance health center is the perfect fit for my children!

Nothing short of AMAZING! Literally, I would not have made it through this crazy hooplah of medical conditions if it wasnt for Dr. Liz. She truly cares about her patients well being, mental health, and education. I am so blessed to have met her. Not only does she educate you but she has multiple techniques (cracks, soft, massaging, or just stretching) to use for your body when getting out that pesky knot in your L4, L6 lumbar and neck area. Oh not to mention the multiple lower back techniques that are not as abrupt and forceful as many other chiropractors use. She has no problem adjusting to you week by week for what YOUR needs are. Not only going by what "Should" happen and answering your questions. This is one chiropractor that you are happy to see each week. No I am not a previous friend or student or paid or pro-bono. Just when youve been around the block for a chiropractor (good and bad), and multiple medical doctors (good, bad, and the wacky), you praise and let others know as soon as you can when you find A DARN GOOD ONE! -Amen? :-D Again, Thank You Liz! There are not enough words to express how greatly appreciative I am (and my back, neck, and mind is) to you and Ill definitely recommend you and your nice husband as well. Cant wait to see that physical therapy center come to life for you two one day. :-) Ill be rooting you on! Ill miss seeing her every week. :-D Dont hesitate! Go to Montclair Performance Health now!!!! #blessed

I was in a car accident two years ago and although I did not get any major life threatening injuries; I still suffered with a series of neck and shoulder pains as a result of the whip lash impact. I did seek numerous medical treatments to alleviate the symptoms; however the pain still persisted. It was only when I came into contact with a Facebook ad that promoted a free workshop about performance health, that I became aware of the services of Montclair Performance Health and Chiropractic LLC. The workshop was very informative; it highlighted the importance of how diet and exercise greatly impacts physical activity and strength. It was at the workshop that I had the opportunity to voice my concerns about my back pains and inquire about the Chiropractic services that are also offered. From there I was able to build a rapport with the chiropractor and the physical fitness team. The chiropractor worked with me through number of spinal adjustment sessions and the physical team shifted my lifestyle perspective by informing me of the various types of exercise, diet and nutrition regimens that could also assist in my healing process and in the increase of my overall performance health. The Team was patient, understanding, and fair in their approach to an intervention in my case. Within a span of 7 months there was an increase in my muscles strength, my endurance and stamina and my pains decreased substantially.
