Last year (Sept. 2012), I moved to New Jersey from California. For a few months prior to my move, I began seeking chiropractic care because I struggled with chronic back pain leading to severe migraines. Once I came out here, I had not only missed about a month of the chiropractor, but between carrying all of the furniture and the added stress from moving, my back and neck pain were at my worst. Then came my panic and desperation to find a local chiropractor who could work with my crazy schedule and shallow pockets until my new insurance kicked in. Thats when I found Dr. Gary Eshanov- really the best chiropractor Ive experienced. Not only is he an exceptional chiropractor, but his customer service is amazing. He creates a very professional, yet warm and friendly environment that I find trusting and comforting which is important to me. Dr. Eshanov shared one of his personal philosophies with me which was that he will never rush any patient out the door, that meant a lot to me because I tend to be the type to say "oh and just one more thing...." He goes above and beyond when asked for help and advice. He welcomes questions and feedback and always makes certain that you, as the patient, are comfortable and understand everything occurring. After struggling for years trying to find the right form of help (physical therapy, medication, doctor after doctor...), I finally found a solution that is not only free of chemical usage, but also has immediate positive effects when done by the right person. I strongly recommend everyone to go to Dr. Gary Eshanov for anything between general health maintenance and severe pain including joint, muscular and even headaches. He has made a drastic improvement for my everyday life- teaching kindergarten can be very demanding on my body, Dr. Eshanov has made my busy career become much more manageable and I am forever thankful.

I want to begin with saying that I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Gary as an extremely knowledgeable and holistic chiropractor. I was referred by my sister who had been seeing Dr. Gary and was experiencing positive and significant results in a short time period after her car accident. As far back as I can remember I have suffered from chronic neck pain, lower and upper back pain. I had sought out what I believed to be similar chiropractic services in the past, with virtually no relief from my symptoms. I felt as though I were a patient on an assembly line, because there was no element of personalized service or individualized treatment plans. Honestly I had sworn off chiropractor services because I felt that it was a waste of money…UNTIL I met Dr. Gary and his amazing administrative assistant Modesta. They make a great team and are extremely personable. They offer a unique balance of professionalism and personality which makes sessions with them very comfortable. Dr. Gary was very thorough in his assessments and created a treatment plan specific to me. He also took his time to explain his assessments and treatment goals to me in laymen’s terms, which I highly appreciated! It’s easy to see that Dr. Gary cares a lot about his patients and offers a good deal of holistic advice. He’s extremely passionate about his trade and helping to relieve his clients of their pain, in as short of a time frame as possible. I recognize a huge difference in my pain levels when I am unable to see the doctor regularly. With so many subpar chiropractors out there, I would strongly recommend saving your time and hard earned money and just choose Dr. Gary first. You won’t be disappointed and you’ll never need to see anyone else!

After a bad car accident I went to a chiropractor who was highly incompetent and left me with an extremely tainted perception of chiropractic practices. Fast forward 2 years, my neck and lower back pain kept getting progressively worst. Therefore, when my friend recommended Dr. Gary and swore up and down that he was a miracle worker. I decided to put my skepticism aside and give him a chance. I can honestly say Dr. Gary and his awesome team (the friendly and beautiful, Mo) have turned a Non-Believer into a major BELIEVER in chiropractic practices (only Dr. Gary’s though). From within the first couple of minutes of meeting Dr. Gary I knew immediately he was NOTHING like my last chiropractor. Dr. Gary is extremely knowledgeable, informative, competent, and extremely hands on. He also is very friendly and down to earth (which let’s face it, most doctors are extremely socially awkward to say the least so it’s a nice change of pace). Dr. Gary also uses a variety of different techniques and machines to work with all different types of presenting issues (he is really big on individualized treatment plans). Overall, I am feeling better than ever and it’s all thanks to Dr. Gary!!! P.S You know he is good when you are driving 1hr and 15 mins round trip just to have this treatment. It’s worth it!

I contacted Dr. Eshanov after several weeks of suffering from crippling lower back pain and sciatica. As many people can attest when struggling with similar issues, not only does such pain impact you physically but also emotionally. I found my mood impacted, feeling vulnerable and fragile on a daily basis; and feeling like a wobbly card-table always on the verge of collapsing in on itself. I contacted Dr. Eshanov and we met to discuss my symptoms. Dr. Eshanov carefully listened to my concerns in a kind and professional manner. He also took the time to educate me on his diagnosis, and the process he planned to use to get me back to my painless, former self. In the following weeks, simply put, Dr. Eshanov put me back together. Not only did he work to end the relentless pain but also repair my feelings of chronic fragility. His tireless and attentive care not only remedied my physical pain but also helped me get back to feeling confident and strong in my body, thus drastically improving my mood. This review is a reflection not only of Dr. Eshanov’s superb clinical abilities but also his caring and professional manner; and his willingness to really invest himself with a patient to alleviate their pain. By far the best chiropractor I have ever been treated by. Dr. Eshanovs mastery of the chiropractic field is incredible and his methods just as effective. I heard of him through a friend and started going after experiencing some back and neck pains. Right off the bat he worked to understand the issues directly thus taking away any guess work with treatment. Throughout my visits he worked very diligently with me in explaining why certain things were done, assessing progress, and providing great guidance in preventative/maintenance care. If you put in the time and follow his lead, you will undoubtedly see progress. After a few months, I can very happily say my previous issues with pain are non existent now. In terms of the environment, the office is always very clean and the staff is incredibly friendly and great in working with flexible scheduling. Most importantly, its very easy to see how Dr. Eshanov genuinely cares about his patients well being, I never felt rushed or subjected to a quick fix like I have in other places. Overall, I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Eshanov Chiropractic. The treatments have been incredibly effective and I feel great. I would definitely recommend this to anyone in search of chiropractic services, you wont be disappointed!

We moved to Montclair in September 2012 and one of the first things my girlfriend sought out to do once we settled in was find a chiropractor. Shes always been an advocate for the practice and was going to Dr. Eshanov for about two months before she finally convinced me to go in. There was instantly a sense of comfort during the initial meeting. Being in a medical environment, Ive experienced cold, sterile settings that makes it difficult to relax and discuss private, sensitive health matters. Dr. Eshanov is very personable while maintaining a professional and knowledgable demeanor. He takes the time to explain the procedures carefully and thoroughly, answering any questions or concerns you may have along the way. In the time that Ive been there, Ive noticed improvements to my health beyond back problems. Furthermore, Dr. Eshanov has been completely accommodating with payments, which became somewhat of a concern after recovering from a cross-country move to the east coast. Dr. Eshanovs availability, experience, and professionalism is what has kept me a loyal client, and I would recommend him to anyone else looking for chiropractic care.
