Advanced Wellness is one of the best Pain Management places in the state of New Jersey. I have have alot of medical issues and have been going there for a long times now. They are very knowledgeable and the staff is amazing. Every doctor there is excellent. They are friendly and they treat you like a person and not just another patient. They have everything you need in one place. They have Pain Management and Chiropractor and physical therapy among special techniques that other places do not offer or even know about. I have been to so many doctors and other pain management places and nobody until now has ever treated me as good as they do or helped me as much as they possibly can. I never wait long for appointments and everyone there works quickly on any tests or questions you have. I have never trusted any place as much as I do Advanced wellness. I know I am in good hands and they will do whatever it takes to help me as much as physically possible. If you go to Advanced Wellness you will feel the same as I do and will be thankful that you went. I want to thank Advanced Wellness for taking such good care of me and Im so thankful that you have a wonderful practice like this that is available for people like me who need help.

I was experiencing pain in my shoulder and limitation of movement. My ability to carry heavy stuff diminished after taking an unexpected fall. I started to work with Dr. Jeff, the PT, who found out though a vigorous assessment what was not working properly. After diagnosis of a partial tear I thought I will have to give up activities that I enjoy. Dr. Jeff not only helped building back my mobility but also made sure that he addresses the level of action that I want in my life. He did all that in a friendly and encouraging environment. I am almost at the end of my treatment and I feel excited to be able to move and continue with my martial art and exercise regime. I would encourage anyone who feels decline in their range of mobility to work with Advance Wellness. The overall practice gives you the ability to combine various methods (when necessary) to come up with the most effective solution to your problem. You dont need to go to variety of offices, its all under one roof, and the clinical staff as well as the back-office really CARE.

I suffered very intense pain from sciatic nerve issues since the birth of my first son in 2007. In October of 2012, the pain got to a point where it was no longer tolerable. This is when was I decided to seek chiropractic care and was referred to Advanced Wellness. For two months, I was under the care of Dr. Beck. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, courteous and kind. It has been almost a year and I have had not had any sciatic nerve issues at all, even with all of the training that I do at the gym. I am so grateful to Dr. Beck and the whole staff at Advanced Wellness. It was never hard to get an appointment that fit my schedule, it was never a long wait time in the waiting room, and the front desk staff was never anything but friendly. I HIGHLY recommend Advanced Wellness without any hesitation.

Not only is Dr. Cilea an excellent chiropractor but, he is also one of the most genuine, knowledgeable, and caring professionals you will ever meet. Advanced wellness is an incredible pain management company with so much more. There are therapists and acupuncture people medical massages as well as Chiropractic and Nutritionists available. It is a world in itself of all kinds of help for all kinds of people who need it. The doctors are all personable and really seem to care you are not just a number. As far as front desk staff they are amazing knowledge and helpful you dont usually find that in a front office. No matter what pain you are in or problems you are having please call advanced wellness they can help you why suffer. They helped me alot and I cab live a pretty normal life even with all my physical problems. Thank you Advanced Wellness for being here for those of us who need it.

I was grateful to be treated at Advanced Wellness by Dr. Cilea and his team of health professionals when experiencing a debilitating back injury. Dr. Cilea recognized my level of pain and put together an action plan to get me back to my active life. From the friendliness of the front desk staff to the compassion of the Nurse Practitioner Tim, Dr. Yen and the Physical Therapist Dr. Jaye, I knew this was the right environment for my recovery. I have been seeing the folks at AW for a few years. Initially I went for pain management when my doctor left the state. I have since had physical therapy, chiropractic, nutritional counseling and acupuncture. The staff are all first rate. Most recently after cervical spine surgery I had no use of my left arm. After 5 months my surgeon said it would never come back. Then I started seeing their acupuncturist CK and he has worked miracles! Over three months I have regained 90% use of the arm and still improving. I recommend him, and advanced wellness overall to all my friends in need of help. Highly recommend them for any of the services I mentioned sbove. And the front desk staff are super sweet!

First let me start by saying the office is beautiful, neat and clean. The office staff is extremely helpful in trying to accommodate me when I need an appointment, even if I call up to get in quickly. Both my daughter and I have been to the office. I have seen Dr. Cilea and Dr. Beck for adjustments and both put me at ease and have done the best they can to address any issues I am having. Although I havent used all aspects of the office the other staff members smile at you. Its a pleasant experience all around. If you need a good chiropractor or need physical therapy or any other service Advanced Wellness offers this office is a great place to go!

I am very satisfied with the physical therapy office..The front desk personnel are friendly and courteous..Nicole the PT asst. is very personal and always has a smile on her face and eager to please....My physical therapist, Dr. Jeff, came highly recommended through a personal friend and I am very pleased with his direct approach and his personal hands on treatment for my lower back problem..He is approachable with any questions and concerns I have and makes me feel very comfortable in his care. I am confident that my treatment and the prescribed exercises I will continue after each session will have very favorable results...
