Ive been going to Covered Bridge Chiropractic for 3 years now for corrective care for car accident injuries to my neck and spine. The entire staff is very friendly and very accommodating, especially for my busy schedule. Dr. Keith and the other Chiropractors are extremely knowledgeable within their field and take the time to sit with each patient and not only answer any questions we have, but also explain in detail what our spinal issues are and how we can be proactive in helping heal ourselves, along with how chiropractic care will help us on our journey back to complete wellness. In the 3 years Ive been treated at Covered Bridge, the neck and spinal injuries have become more manageable. I look forward to each appointment because I know I will walk out of the office feeling 100% better after each adjustment. I highly recommend Covered Bridge Chiropractic for anyone who is looking for a good chiropractor in the Monmouth County area.

The very best choice for Chiropractic services. First of all, parking right outside their front door is convenient and low impact. The staff is efficient and helpful. The appointments are staggered so there is no wait time and the Doctor couldnt be more friendly, knowledgeable and sympathetic to your pain and discomfort. I highly recommended this practice. Other Chiropractors may give you an appointment which is two weeks of pain to wait, here they saw me and started treatment the very same day that I called. Relieved from lower back and leg pain, I am now walking the park about a mile a day. No more painful tossing and turning in bed at night. Dont wait another day. Get pain relief now. I was a patient who can say they helped me. It was a blessing.

Dr Keith is an awesome doctor and the ladies are extremely helpful and pleasant. In my lifetime I have gone to quite a few chiropractors and none have help me as much as Dr Keith. The tables are top of the line, which was a major factor in me originally deciding to come here. My lower back and neck havent felt this good in years. Dont get me wrong, its not an over night fix but if you make you appointments and follow with in home advice given by Dr Keith youll be in good shape. Unlike the other review about be a "scam" this is not one of those places. Trust me Ive been to a few of those. He truly cares about his clients. He listens to your needs and concerns. Im a big believer in customer service and this place is top notch!

Three years ago, I decided it was time to address my constant and increasing back pain.. I chose to check out Dr. Keith Schnappauf and the Covered Bridge Chiropractic Center which was one of the best decisions Ive ever made. After Dr.Keith evaluated my back and took x-rays, he sat with me and discussed his findings. He explained the reasons for my pain and what we could do to correct my problems. We set short-term and long-term goals and got to work. With the caring and dedicated work of Dr. Keith and his staff, we have solved many problems and dealt with new ones that arose. Dr. Keith is great! He has lots of energy and really want his patients to be informed and educated about their issues and their treatment plan. The staff is very friendly and everyone tries to work with your schedule. I live an hour away and they always do their best to accommodate my schedule and needs. Chiropractors in general are pretty expensive and insurance only covers so much. Dr. Keith cares so much about his patients that he will work with you the best way he can to ensure that he can give you the best care. Give him more than one visit before you make a solid decision on chiropractic care.

The staff at the center is very helpful and productive, its not like other doctors where youre waiting in the waiting room an hour and then get called in you get brought it almost upon arrival. The doctors explain everything to you thoroughly before they treat you so youre understanding of what theyre doing. Its just a very friendly, personal environment the office staff knows your name and treats you respectfully. The treatments I have received so far have been very helpful to me and lasting.

started going their about a month ago and after my first 3 visits they greet me at the door and call me by my first name, always have appointment times that are convenient and never wait in the waiting room for more than 2 minutes. They explain everything that they are going to do and why you are in pain and do corrective care to fix youre spine.
