Doctor Jacobs has demonstrated that he possesses in abundance the qualities required for superior health care. To expand, he is obviously highly knowledgeable in his discipline. No less impressive is his ability to attend the health issues that bring a hurting soul through the door. That is as it should be. Where Doctor Jacobs excels is in his ability to listen patiently to the patient, ask questions that help define the problem – questions that help the patient understand their debility, answer the patient’s questions and, above all, encourage the patient to stick with the program and perform their part of the recovery process. I sincerely appreciate his abilities and count myself fortunate to be under his care. Doctor Jacobs owns my unreserved recommendation. An amendment: There ought to be an option to add another star to this review! Dr. Jacob’s staff now includes a young lady, Capala, who is a masseuse. Like Doctor Jacobs, she is a gifted healer. It amazes me how quickly she discovers and deals with issues, often without my mention. What a talent! All the more then I heartily and unreservedly recommend Freeform Chiropractic. Then, of course, there is the lovely Hana. Her joyful greeting makes my day.

Dr. Jacobs and his staff are AMAZING! Last year, while skiing in Jackson Hole, I nicked a rock hiding under loose snow cover on a double black trail and fell 3 stories or so off a small cliff. After the initial fall, I kept tumbling down the mountain and for whatever reason my bindings didnt unbuckle; resulting in a completely shattered right leg (tib/fib). A long 8 months later, I had regained full mobility but started noticing some lower back pain after each of my physical therapy sessions. Thanks to Dr. Jacobs, we were able to determine the source of my back pain, which was a slight difference in leg length between my rebuilt vs. other leg. After the 1st treatment, I immediately noticed the tension in my spine all the way up to my neck had been relieved. Ever since, his Chiropractic care has been a staple of my long term recovery and overall health regimen. I really appreciate the time Dr. Jacobs has spent educating me on easy steps that can be taken to better my overall health and I cant think of time, ever, where my spine and neck has felt so good. I highly recommend FreeForm Chiropractic to anyone looking for the real deal Doctor!

Amazing place helping take back my life. I had complete numbness in my hands and feet and couldnt keep my balance at all. I could not hold my children and could barely walk. I had been to 3 doctors with three different diagnosis and no relief. They told me it could take up to 3 to six months to feel any improvements. When I went to freeform I was skeptical about chiropractic to say the least. Dr. Jacobs anf Hanna are extremely professional and helpful. They have gone above and beyond in every way to help me and truly care about the people that wall in their doors. I would highly recommend checking them out to anyone I know. Im vertu thankful I was able to find relief I can now hold my kids without fear from falling I can work with no problems they truly gave me my life back.

He and his staff are warm, welcoming and always make me feel like Im family. His consultation is thorough, accurate and efficient. His recommendations to investigate alternate therapies for my particular set of symptoms have proven to be perfect treatments. I love his holistic approach, the variety of physical therapy equipment and his massage therapist! This is truly a family run business. This practice is beyond phenomenal, the reciopnisits are super kind and they help you constantly with scheduling and if need be, making a rain check is not a problem what so ever. The practice itself is taken care of very nicely. The reason why I needed to come here was because I was involved in a car accident, and these caring people have taken care of me for about 2 months and I can’t thank them enough for what they’ve done. My pain from the accident has been completely eliminated and I have no issue with body movement. Great service and I recommend anybody or if you know someone that’s been in an accident. Should definitely come and check this place out.

I frankly couldnt afford to be out of commission because of migraines anymore. Within two weeks of my first adjustment, the frequency and intensity of my headaches had diminished considerably. I was in a rear end collision in 2013 and have suffered from a TMJ injury ever since. I have had 4 surgeries, an expensive night guard and several types of medications to no avail. I heard about Dr. Jacobs from my pain management doctor and thought she was crazy. It took appointments for her to get me to try Dr. Jacobs. I WAS THE CRAZY ONE!! What a HUGE relief. If you have TMJ or know someone who does, tell not to wait any longer for relief. Run dont walk. Thank you Dr. Jacobs, you are an answer to my prayers! I even travel 3 days a week from Wichita Falls to see him.

The staff in this office is outstanding...their level of customer service is what every business should strive to acheive. Dr Jacobs treats each and every patient like family. His only goal is healing and helping. He truly cares about how you are doing and personalizes a treatment plan specificaly for your problem. Im a frequent/competitive marathon runner who had never seen a chiropractor before in his life, but when my neck soreness started to get worse and worse by the day, I decided to give it a try with Dr Jacobs. Fast forward three months, pain is gone, Im more flexible in my neck than Ive ever been, my hips are realigned, and I no longer have sinus issues. Dr Jacobs and his team are truly a fantastic bunch whether it is the two beautiful smiles waiting for you at check-in each day or the attention to detail in the adjustment and massage!
