I purchased a Groupon and like the other reviews it is not the easiest task to make an appointment. I called during the middle of December, 2013 and was advised that their calendar was filled, which is understandable. I was asked if it was ok for them to call me on 01/06/2014 to schedule an appointment, I agreed. I wasnt called. I called on January the 8th and left a nice message advising of what I stated above. I received a phone call with in thirty minutes from a very sweet young lady, apologizing and advising that she didnt mean to over look me, she explained that they have been extremely busy. She was able to schedule appointments for me and a friend within the next week, on the day of my choosing. We went in for our massages, we were greeted by a cheerful you lady and both of our massages felt great! I will go back to this place, I do want to advise you have to be a little persistent in setting up your appointment. It would be nice if they were a little more organized in their call backs the first time.

Bought a massage through Groupon. Very difficult to get an appt. When I finally did get in, it was the WORST massage Ive ever had. Word of advice, dont schedule a 6pm appt when they close at 7pm. They want you to fill out paperwork, so that apparently counts towards my time. My massage that was supposed to have been 60 min, was only 38. NOT WHAT I PAID FOR. Also, she only did one side, never turned me over. She didnt even really massage the full time. Just a bunch of pushing into my sides and lower back. Very weird. She halfway did the massage and rushed through so she could get out of there at 7. Even before the massage started, she covered what she was going to do.....then never did those things. Guess she changed her mind??? I came out of there hurting more than I did when I went in. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED AND WILL NEVER GO BACK. WASTE OF MONEY. Lesson learned....no Groupon massages!

I love Texas Pain and wellness. I found them on Groupon and was excited to see that they were near my home. I bought my Groupon at a time where it was better value to get more than one appointment. Once I had the initial visit the next few went by so smoothly. The first time you go in you should plan to fill out paper since its a chiropractic office, I recommend you come 10 minutes early. Then the staff are really friendly and so efficient. I walk out having pain removed from where I didnt even know I had pain. At this point I go basically every week. At first I tried out a bunch of different masseurs (all of whom were great) but eventually found one whos my favorite. I highly recommend them. I have had some bad Groupon experiences but this one was a definite success.

I would love to give a review except that when I purchased the Groupon and tried to call and make an appointment, I kept getting the same recording for 4 days straight that their mailbox was full and could not take any other messages. I tried to get a refund but Groupon said be patient and someone would call me. I have been waiting on that call for 4 days. This is frustrating. I ended up paying full price for a back massage because I could not turn left because I had pulled something thus negating the whole purpose for me purchasing a Groupon. If someone has had a better experience, please let me know because right now this is awful customer service!

I called to schedule a massage I purchased through Groupon during regular business hours. I had no problem getting it scheduled. While on the phone, I was advised that I would need to fill out paperwork so I should arrive early. I arrived 15 minutes ahead of schedule, completed the paperwork. The masseuse was running a few minutes late but, I received my full hour. The massage was above average. I was extremely happy with the service & professionalism of the staff, especially given the price I paid for the massage. And, the total body vibration therapy is AWESOME! The machine at this clinic is the best Ive ever experienced!

The Dr. Is very good, he knows his profession and is able to give good care to my neck and back. The issues lay in the office management. The manager seems to be intent on running the business into the ground. Patient support and office staff are nonexistent. This business should be growing but the office manager is holding it back. Go see the Dr. if you can get anyone to answer the phone and schedule an appointment.

Horrible customer service!! You walk in and the Dr. Doesnt even say a hi or anything just lay down .. he seems very annoyed every time I go dont know what his problem is and really dont care.. I have been to multiple clinics to get adjusted and never has it ever hurt as bad as it does with him .. I for sure wont be returning and i will tell my friends to Not go!!!

My appointments start on time. The staff are kind and pleasant. I always walk out relaxed and eager to come back. All the message therapist are skilled at whatever your concerns are. I truly recommend trying them out for yourself!
