Dr. Flores is great, however if I could give this office a no star rating I would. The staff at the front desk is rude and they mess up my billing every visit. I receive a bill in the mail and when I call to clear it up the people in the office always have excuses. When I call the customer service number they always state "well the office failed to submit this to insurance". The last time my daughter was seen she was misdiagnosed. The P.A. that saw her "not flores" refused to do a strep test and said oh she has an ear infection. Well ok thats the same antibiotics but strep is contagious and an ear infection is not. We ended up in the ER at midnight with a fever of 104.5 and guess what .... she had strep. We do have other people in the house so the domino effect starts..... strep for everyone. Thanks so much Health First Fossil Creek. This office should do they right thing an restaff or just shut down all together. Also Dr. Archer has a serious "GOD" complex. Im sorry but just because you have the title Doctor doesnt mean that you can treat people like dirt. People come to you for help not for you to talk down to them.

This office is horrible. Yes, they can fit you in with ease on any day but you will sit there for at least an hour before you get called back to sit there another 30 minutes to an hour waiting to see the doctor (even when youve had an appointment for a month). The place is filthy, I dont think theyve once mopped the floors in the year that I took my sons there. You see a different dr./pa everytime you go in and none of them read the chart and familiarize themselves with your case. They never seem to know whats wrong with either of my kids either. Some of the nurses are rude as well as the front office not being friendly. And if you call to try to do anything other than make an appointment dont expect to be called back earlier than a couple of days later if at all. Also, I pay cash at visits and called after one to tell them that my son was getting a rash from his medicine, they said I needed to bring him back in before they gave him anything else...I dont have the money to take him up there constantly cause they cant get it right.

Wow! The depths of ignorance is infinite at this medical office. The personnel up front are rude and indifferent. Their lack of qualified office help is only surpassed by their lack of intelligence from the ones currently working there. You may be called upon to help them work their own computer system. Or even better, you may have to camp in their 3rd world waiting room to get the results from external tests performed. Results they have been sitting on for 4 days. Then their is the 1 line phone system that requires you to leave a message for a nurse to call you back. These messages must be sent to message purgatory. Jesus will likely return before you get a call back. In summation, if you enjoy not receiving information about your test results, being made to feel like you are interrupting their day, and using the tin can and string for communication with their incompetent operator, then this is your place. Good luck!

This has been my primary care physician office for years, mainly because I go less than once a year for checkups, and Ive been too lazy to find a new doctor. Appointments routinely result in seeing the doctor 45 minutes - 1 hour after the set appointment time. My last appointment, they sent me to a blood lab that didnt exist - the address data was at least a few years out of date. After finding another lab, I discovered that they had given me the lab form for a different patient (I wonder who got mine?). The lab and I both made attempts to call Healthfirst to clear it up, but there was no answer. Responsiveness is probably my main complaint - there is often no answer when calling the office, and it is even more difficult to get anyone who is willing/able to help. Stay away.

Unprofessional! Stopped by on a Friday afternoon - "We no longer take walk ins during the week, come back tomorrow we do on Saturday". Go back on Saturday,"We cant see you, we are about to close." (@ 11:30 am). Couldnt even see their hours of operation, because they have the front doors covered with paper signs, one even said "Sorry for the inconvenience, but we will be closing at 5pm today" - Must have been from a different day, because it was covering up the sign that says they close at noon on Saturdays. This place is a disaster. They could have told me on Friday to come in early because there is a good chance we wont see you at all. The message I got..."We dont want your business, and please dont refer anyone here!" No problem...consider it done!

They treat you like youre a huge burden on their day and are complete idiots. I often have to correct them on my sons medical condition and what he can and cant be prescribed. COME ON. They are extremely unorganized and lose your paperwork and schedule several people for one time slot and then send you away after youve waited an hour once theyve realized their mistake. The staff is always changing and it takes an arm and a leg to see a doctor. Theyd rather give you a different PA or nurse practitioner every time you go than actually give you the respect to at least meet your PCP. I was extremely happy to find a different doctor that accepts our insurance in the area so that we can RUN FAR FAR AWAY FROM HEALTHFIRST.

My wife had gone in to see a doctor about her shoulder hurting. We have been coming to this office for about 15 years. When the nurse came in then left another nurse came in and said we cant see you with a work related injury. My wife didnt even mention work at all. She said she didnt know how she hurt her shoulder, that she woke up one morning and it was hurting. They kept telling her they wouldnt see her. My wife had to leave and go to the ER because of incompetent nurses at this location. I and my family WILL NEVER return to this place ever. Poor service and nurses that "think" they heard something that wasnt even said. I will be finding out what I can do legally for turning away someone who is in pain.

I had fluid behind the ear drum so they gave me a list of over the counter narcotics. It went away for about half a week and came back , I called to see who I seen as a doctor and they were rude and disrespectful and hung up on me. Ive been to the one off boat club road my whole life and never did I have a problem but this location is unprofessional, childish, and not maintain properly.... Never again will I take me nor my child here... Ive been here three times and paid cash for every visit, so I want the best of the best and not a nurse giving me a list of over the counter drugs, and waiting for an hour just to see a nurse. If you ate not a doctor then dont act to be it can come out very ugly!
