My mother-in-law has several health issues that have had her seeing a variety of doctors with less than satisfactory results. My wife took her to see Dr. Haefeli yesterday and both she and her Mom commented that they had never had a better, more caring doctors appointment ever. Dr. Haefeli spent a great amount of time interviewing, listening and diagnosing my mother-in-law and actually succeeded in making her feel as if she was treated as a real person instead of a set of numbers in a chart. Thank you Dr. Haefeli for your time, your professionalism and your care for my mother-in-law. She has a new-found optimism and forward-looking attitude that we havent seen in a long time. Office staff seemed somewhat friendly; however, it has taken the doctor the better part of a week to get back to me regarding some important test results that they have had for a long time now. Now, somethings that may not seem important to doctors that are not going through anything may be VERY important for those that are. A little caring would go a long way in regards to timeliness of results/prognosis. I have called twice this week and I always get the answer that the doctor will call me when they review results later in the day... STILL WAITING ON RESULTS...
