I waited for over an hour this morning before I was even called back to the tiny room where I waited more. I asked the front desk staff if everything was okay - after I had waited 45 minutes. Their answer was a shrug without words at first until I asked for some sort of verbal response. The girl mutter, Kristen is running a little behind, but you should plan for two hours for an appointment. What???? When I finally got to see Kristen she was wonderful, quickly disarmed me and got right to work. I felt bad for her having such a crazy schedule - but I feel worse for ME! Who can spend 2 hours at a Dr. office for an ear infection? Of the 2 hours - I only spoke to Kristen for 5 minutes, which is all I needed. The issue here is that this facility is trying to pretend they can compete with minute clinics and CARE now facilities. They cant. Its NOT what they are and not what they should try to be! I made my appointment a day in advance and waited longer than a walk in. This is terrible! They wont be able to treat patients like this and keep their doors open as a legit family practice. They can keep them open as a clinic or urgent care clinic but,,,,they cant do both. Your Dr.s and medical staff are too talented to be treated with crammed schedules. SHAMEFUL! Im posting this on every site I can find - because they currently have NO OFFICE MANAGER and no where to send feedback. If they did I would tell the manager to compete with excellent care and being mindful that patients are humans with real lives that cant be tied up for two hours waiting to see a Dr! .

Staff at registration desk is patient, professional, informed, and efficient. Nursing staff is thorough, pleasant, and compassionate while being skilled professionals. The lab technician (long blonde hair, petite) is phenomenal at her job; over 10 years of frequent blood draws and she is consistently painless with no telltale marks in spite of my rolling veins and propensity for bruising. Nurse Carol is absolutely amazing. She is knowledgeable yet listens to the patient without any haughtiness or judgment. She is kind but also holds you accountable. Her intuitiveness and communication skills allow her to engage her patients in a way that creates informed confidence. Every patient feels as though he or she is the only patient on the days agenda. We are beginning our twenty-fifth anniversary of care with North Hills Family Practice. My children grew up in their care and now, my childrens families are patients.

Cannot believe the amount of unprofessionalism from the staff with the short hair. I was waiting with my daughter to be seen by Slimgeneration and overheard the older woman with blonde hair talking smack about her OWN peers from the big glass window. what kind of a work place functions like this. I had to ask for her name and I believe it is Amanda but dont quote me on this though. shes absolutely rude, and even had the audacity to give me a smirk when she heard me tell my daughter that people shouldnt talk like that. she needs to be removed or relocated or I wont come to this practice again. ps. excuse my rant but this is unacceptable.

I have been going here almost 10 years. The staff is awesome. They have helped me with many issues. I see a specialist in Arizona and they have helped enormously. I cant say enough good about Dr. Gabriel. This last year has been extra nutty trying to get a normal reading on my tsh but we have arrived! Thank you to Dr.Gabriel, Patti, Courtney, Sebrina and Vlynn. You all have done a great job! I know I am difficult to say the least but you all did amazing. And I am sorry if I left anyone out because you all make a great team. God bless you.

Service was great, I arrived and immediately they took me in and did the normal procedure but it was until the nurse practitioner Young came in and I explained what was going on with me and that my weigh was increasing and even though I am watching what I am eating and exercising my measurements continue to increase along with my weight. Since my thyroid result came out within normal ranges she sent me to Slim Generation with no further investigation making the assumption that my eating habits are not the correct one.

I have been going to NHFM for 17 years. My children and grandchildren are patients as well. The office has a very dedicated and caring staff that I have known for years! I have seen all of the providers throughout the years including Carol, Kalynn, and Kayla; they are wonderful! The office manager has been there even longer than Ive been a patient there. The staff has always gone above and beyond to get me in for my appointment quickly and give me great care. I would highly recommend NHFM to anyone.

I saw Dr Chapman and Sabrina today. They are both awesome. They explained everything very clear. My problem is the women at the front desks. Very bad attitudes. They made me cry and angered me. These girls need to be kinder. People go there because their sick, scared and need help. I got no answers and all their worried about is money. I was being over charged every visit, but Sabrina fix it today! Im private pay to billing matters to me.

I received terrible service at North Hills. The nurses and staff were extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. Additionally, the doctor did not take the time to do a thorough check of a painful infection I had. I was told to return for him to look at it again. The second time cost me the same amount of money, and even less was done. I went to a different practice where I learned it was a serious infection.

The doctors here are so kind and they all take good care of their patients. I have had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Lambert and he has taken care of me multiple times. I have also seen Carol Dvorak the NP. Everyone is super sweet at this location. From the beautiful faces at the front desk to everyone taking care of you in the background. Will use this facility for as long as I can.

My experience at this clinic was stellar. The staff/providers were not only quick to see me, but also treated me with the utmost care and kindness. In addition, the staff handled my prescription and referral promptly, which is not what Im used to from other clinics. Im recommending this clinic to my family and friends!

Wait times are always short, staff are extremely friendly and go above and beyond to make sure I have a good experience. I would highly recommend this doctors office to anyone who wants an extraordinary level of patient care.

Ive lived here in Texas for 13 yrs and this is the only Dr. Office I been to, everyone from the receptionist to the doctors are great people. I recommend them all the time. Ive been seen by every Dr. in the office and when my son turned 18 he started going there as well. Love Love Love Dr. Lambert
