It pains me to write this review being that after 40 years, I finally found a Dr with the bedside manner that I appreciate (and respect). However, the staff at this facility have the absolute worst service I have ever experienced. It takes over a week to track them down for a simple prescription refill. They do not return calls nor emails. They do not honor posted office hours, nor answering service recordings. Literally, the only way to get through during the week is to call the revenue cycle team (who takes payments from patients) and ask them to get the regular office staff on the phone. This is literally the 4th time Ive been through this experience with them. He is a great Dr but his team needs to be completely gutted for lack of patient care and a lack of just ordinary business sense. Today is Saturday... Heres to another lapse in my prescription, even though Ive been calling since TUESDAY morning.

Dr Mihills and Dr Webb are amazing Doctors. Hands down I worked ther for 2 and a half years. Absolutely customer service skill is a must for the patients. People build a relationship with the Doctor. As in waiting for your appt keep in mind people come in for 1 reason and now have 10 other questions for the Doctor.. It is not the Drs fault. They are doing what they do best....take care of the patients. I have so much respect for Dr Mihills, Dr Webb and Dr Ward. Amazing Docs. I will miss you all

Dr. Webb is a seasoned physician who makes you feel comfortable. All of the staff members are extremely kind! Though busy, they will work to get you in if you are an established client. However, Keep in mind they are busy and check in can take a few minutes (but the front desk employees are a pleasure) and when phoning, you often need to leave a message and wait for a call back.

Dr Mihills came highly recommended by my pharmacist. Our family has been using him for several years. I consider him to be a pro-active doctor, meaning that he looks at the whole body and prevention as opposed to being reactive. He is a down-to-earth man who takes the time to listen to his patients and address all concerns.

Dr. Webb is very thorough and diligent, and I like his personality. Office is clean and the people who work in the labs are also high-caliber. Wait times vary – but they are not obtuse – and getting RX refills by phone could be quicker... but, the office is busy, and that is a sign his practice is in demand.

The customer service is very poor. Getting in touch is a pain and a waste of time. Its been weeks since they were supposed to contact me about results. Then when you go to call them, it is time consuming to just get on the line with someone who can help. Its disappointing.

Not a patient, I was looking for a provider. After reading reviews and attempting to call twice I will at least confirm the office staff needs to at a minimum answer the phone.

I been going there for 5 months now and I think hes a great doctor. He dont rush you. He will listen to you and answer any questions you have. The staff is great too.

Best GP in DFW! I recommend Dr. Mihills to everyone. The staff is wonderful and they even have a group that will do home visits to my mom. I am very happy with this group!

I agree with the others that Cody is great but the staff is deplorable. I had to move on. It is a shame he doesnt get that his staff is giving him a bad name.

This practice does not have the time to answer the phone, or to call their patients back. Do not waste your time.
