Absolutely Fu*king ridiculous! Worst application of time management Ive ever seen. Appointment was at 0930 didnt leave till 1200. They were 45min late to call my child back. Then screened him and told us to wait back in the waiting room for an hour. Once we finally got called back. They said they forgot about us. This place over books patients to an extent that affects the quality care and professionalism in the work place. Listen Green group vision, if you cant get to a patients scheduled appointment time stop over booking. I will never come back to this place and dont recommend anyone else who values their time either. I would give this a zero star if I could.

I certainly will give them 5 stars. Dr.Chacko is surely one of the best retinal specialist in the United States.He is not only knowledgable and skillful but also a great person,he treats his patients just like his very own family members.His staff is pretty vigilant and pleasant too.Weve been coming to this place since 2012 and we have always came home happy and content.We are grateful to Almighty God that we have such a great doctor to take care of our patient.

First of all Dr. Amstutz inspired confidence from our first meeting. He was clear and direct in his description of my problem and his proposed surgical corrective procedure. The ensuing results exceeded my expectations. I ended up with my normal vision retained and cosmetic symmetry with the other eye. He knows he is good, but the proof was definitely in the outcome. All I can say is thank you sir from the bottom of my heart.

They have some very sophisticated machines to measure patients eyes. They have a very streamlined system of bringing patients through the appointment process. I appreciated the professionalism of the staff and felt well treated by all the staff and my physician.

Time management should be a top priority! The waiting time is insane and upsetting! I think they overbook appointments as if their time is more important than customers/patients! Slow down and focus on customer service.
