First time Ive broken a bone in 36 years of living. Set my original appointment and made it there early. Almost 2 hours later I was pulled in to a room to sit and wait to be moved into another room for X-rays. After that a wait again. Didnt mind figured it was typical for a doctors office. After X-rays wait again mean while my leg is broken. Again first time Ive ever broken a bone so had no idea of the process despite the fact I saw my ortho doc for maybe 5 minutes out of the 2 plus hours I was there. As a first time cast recipient I had now idea what to expect when I left shortly in I realized I needed some sort of pain medication for pain relief to sleep and function throughout my day as I moved to office work while my cast was on so I called in to get a prescription, then I called again, called again, called again, called again....,4 days later I finally was able to get a prescription called in. Thank god it wasnt life or death. Fast forward to cast off and full duty at work less then a week off of cast and tried to get a refill on a prescription and was told my doc and his partner was at a conference for the week and the only other pa wouldnt be in for a few days so there was no one else left to call in a refill. Hard to believe that a orthopedic office with more than one branch has nobody in the office that can at minimal call in a refill for a patient of almost 2 months. God forbid I ever break a bone again this will be the last place I would choose. Id take may chances healing on my own before coming back.

The Drs are very good, but some of the staff leaves a lot to be desired. BIGGEST complaint is that it is nearly IMPOSSIBLE to reach anyone on the phone. It seems that every time I call and it goes to voicemail. I leave messages but it is very hit or miss on whether anyone will ever call you back! Instead of staggering their lunch breaks in the office, the entire staff apparently takes a couple of hours for lunch. During this time the phones are forwarded to their answering service. The answering service is basically just a human voicemail system, so unless you are having a real medical emergency (which they want you to call 911 anyway) it is useless to deal with them. Of course the lunch hours are the only time I do have in my day while they are open that I can call - because you know, I work too. So it is very nearly impossible for those of us who work for a living to deal with this clinic. I give it three stars because I think the Drs do good work, but if it wasnt for that it would be MUCH lower.

I attempted to schedule a new patient appointment, several calls with no response, even drove to the office to make the appointment. Was told that only one person makes new patient appointments and that her line was busy, and as soon as her line was cleared up, the front receptionist would call her for me. I waited for 45 minutes for that to happen, so I went back up to find out the status, the receptioniust said she forgot about me. So she calls and was told to tell me they are on a first call first come basis for new patients and they would call me when my name came to the top of the list. Then i am told that they are really busy on Mondays from people who get hurt over the weekends, i was there on a Tuesday, go figure. I wonder how many opportunities for business this practice is losing? Or maybe they are making too much that they dont need new patients. So dont bother trying to go to this practice if you are a new patient. Find a responsive doctors office for a timely response.

Attempted to charge for a fracture consultation for a minor proximal radial break. The doctor spent <5 minutes in the room and never gave me the set of X-rays I asked for. Then they wanted to give us an elbow hinge splint for $250. Thats a lot when you have crappy insurance. No other option were discussed and when we asked to see the doctor again they sent in a PA (nothing against PAs, I am a nursing student and hold all medical professionals in very high regard). However, the PA ROLLED HER EYES when we expressed that we had no insurance and would be private pay. Thanks guys. You are medical professionals and I do understand the patient load amd stress as Ive watched many friends and colleagues go through the same thing. However, you have an obligation to patients to do the best you can and offer as many treatment options as possible. We definitely will not return

For all of you local Keller people just a note for you to consider….Trinity Orthopedics had an opportunity to assist a local Keller area kid that graduated from a Keller ISD school in 2016 and went off to college out of state and had a late spring sport ACL injury that required surgery just prior to the school year ending. Now this local Keller business had an opportunity to assist a local kid that is home for the summer that probably would require 3 to 4 visits at best over the summer, until she goes back to school, but she was denied being seen. So when you local Keller people have a need for orthopedic care, remember this when choosing your care and please choose to support Dr’s that actually help people that live in the community where they chose to do business.

I have no idea where these cruddy reviews come from. I called for an appointment. 3 hours later, Im seeing the doctor. ALL of the staff ladies were very sweet and accommodating. My arm was broken and I was in excruciating pain. I was fixed up with a nice brace. 10 minute wait after I filled out my paperwork. I asked how many people the Keller office see a day. 50 people a day! 12,000 people a year. 6 complained about wait times and trivialities. Come see the Heritage Trace Trinity Orthopedic doctors and staff with confidence and trust. You will not be let down.

I have suffered with severe pain in my feet for several years due to Plantar Fasciitis. Dr. Gibson was one of several doctors I went to for this. he gave me a RX of celebrex and also ordered multiple creams and a lidocaine patch for me. I am finally free of horrible pain. I could not say enough good about this office and this doctor. They are over the top excellent!

I had a horrible experience with Trinity Orthopedics. They charged me for Fracture Care when all my son needed was an x-ray and a splint. So, they charged me over $600 instead of just the $20 co-pay. They did the exact same thing as CareNow, they just charged me over $500 more. I love the cross in their logo. Ripping people off is definitely the Christian way.
