This was my first time at Lenscrafters, but I was recommended to go to the this specific branch by some friends from work. I went in to get an eye exam and purchase new glasses. As soon as I entered I was welcomed and led to the back area where eye examinations took place by a young gentleman. He offered some great deals for brand named glasses and quality lens if I decided to purchase glasses after my eye exam. When I went to towards the back to get my eyes checked, a young man named Christian kindly helped me become adjusted to the eye examination process and thoroughly informed me on what my insurance covers and doesnt. I have been wearing glasses for more than half my life, and this was the first time I felt comfortable enough to come back to a store like Lenscrafters to have an eye exam done and to purchase new glasses. I highly recommend this Lenscrafters specifically because I ended up getting my glasses in an hour.

Horrible Customer Service. I walked in and noticed that all the reps where busy attending other customers. I walked around and found the glasses I was interested in purchasing. I waited for about 45 minutes , when I saw a young lady walk in and suddenly a rep came out from the back and attended her. I gave him the benefit of the doubt that probably he had not seen me but when his own coworker tells him that I had been waiting and should be attended first. He looks at me and completly ignores me and goes to his desk and attends the lady. I was so shocked that he didnt even come and apologize and ignored me. I refuse to ever go to this store ever and if anyone ever decides to go , do not be serviced by Matthew. I am very disappointed and shocked that I am not the only that this has occured to. Apparently, it was done to someone else due to the review I read from August 13.

Horrible service!!! One star, only because I couldnt rate with a negative star. The customer service is non existent. Eric, apparently a manager, brushed me off when I walked in, told me to have a seat and never came back. Another associate Robert Alvarez hesitated before to help me only to talk down to me, once I had to explain the issue for the 5th time today. He responded to me with grunts, not words, when I asked him not to speak to me in such a deamining tone. I became discouraged and asked when a store manager would be in. Its when Robert told me she will be in Sunday. Eric asked "why." I said I was turned off by their attitudes, lack of service, and that neither seemed to care to assist me. He responds with "I dont care". I am absolutely appalled by the lack of quality in associates and products. I will take my business elsewhere!!

I ordered glasses here for the first time about a month ago. I noticed they had smudges or spots on the inside. The spots werent normal scratches, they looked like the lenses were wearing off. As well the smudges were only on the inside, when normally it would be on both sides. So i came to see if they would repair, what was obviously a factory defect. I came, and they told me it was my fault, and that i was cleaning them wrong. I have been wearing glasses my whole life. I will accept that i clean them with my shirt, or any cloth. However, i have never seen lenses that have been "scratched" like this. They made me pay, for a defect that was their fault. Dont come here, I will never come here again.

The Dr side of the business is A++. The service from the Frames and Lens side of the business is A+. However, the Selection of frames was much less than I was expecting to see. They did have a decent selection of RayBan and Oakley, but in comparison to what is available, it was limited and niche. My only complaint is that they (Lens Crafters) Doesnt allow you to order frames online and have available at the store I visit. So, Im forced to either travel to a Lens Crafters that does have the frames Im interested in or, select from the inventory at that store.

My wife Beata lost her glasses and this LensCrafters was truly the best in South Florida. Jordan and Robert are true professionals at what they do. My wife had a prescription from France and everybody that I spoke to said, I would have problems. Not a problem if you go to LensCrafters in Broward Mall. If I lived 60 miles from here, I would still go there. Thank you Jordan, Robert, and LensCrafters for hiring such dedicated people to there Staff. B^)

This is place has the worst customer service that I have ever seen. I walked in, no one acknowledge my presence. I waited 30 minutes, still nothing. Then finally, a rep became availabe and proceeded to help a woman who had just walked in. At that point, I just stormed off the store. I will never go back to that poorly run store.

I honestly had a pretty good experience, the attendant who assisted me was a slender lady who was just courteous. And the doctor was very patient with me, it was my new pair of glasses and first pair of contacts :)
